The breakfast staff was very friendly and hardworking.

Don't expect stated 2 day housekeeping or for the front desk to stick to agreed resolution. Or even a simple apology. Do expect rude treatment. Accusations, lengthy hold times. You often have to wait for food containers to be refilled during breakfast.

The staff was very friendly. They allowed us to check in earlier than the advertised time. The breakfast was excellent.Eggs prepared several ways, meat, along with hot and cold cereals. Yogurt, juice coffee, teas as well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, though the couch was hard and not too comfortable. Loved the bathroom and kitchen. Overall, a great place for us to stay.

The breakfast selection was not good. They were out of a lot of food with at least an hour left. Customer service checking out was a little less than desired for the price of the hotel.

The checkin nor the checkout staff were very friendly. They did not seem to be concerned with really caring for the client and making us feel valued.

The front desk staff are superb!! The Hotel is family-friendly, whiling to take the time to provided direction or even address any issues that my arise. The hotel offer great amenities such as free breakfast, free Internet, and or pet-friendly rooms.

There was only a minor heckup due to flooding there is renavation ongoing, so there is limited items on there buffet, and No free parking

The staff at this location were superb. The ladies at the front desk upon my arrival were very happy to meet my party needs , and the housekeeping staff was very helpful to insure the room was fully stocked and cleaned in a timely manner, nice amenities.

The only drawbacks to the hotel is there pool is very small, not a wide selection to there free breakfast, and no free parking.

Exceptionally clean. Room kitchen was well stocked and everything was well organized. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet.

It was a surprise about 30.00 to park.

Water in sink either scalding or cool. Hard to wash face with nice temp water. Also sink would plug up. Some construction noise but not too bad.

The hotel is located in the area we frequent, has great covered parking and friendly staff. The breakfast was actually good. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There are no negatives that I can think of
