Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Green Hills

Had an early appointment at Saint Thomas West.This location was perfect for me to commute there in about 10 minutes. Was great I had a busy day.Loved everything about it.

Thoroughly enjoyed it although my stay was short.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The shower door was broke, a handle in the shower broke, and the shower door did not have a seal resulting in water leaking all over to the floor. This was to the point of the towel being soaked.

The staff and location were great! The rate was fabulous. The room was fine... fairly dark but clean and comfortable!

They charge $30 for overnight parking for no reason given the neighborhood.

Location is great for shopping and exploring the sights

Room decor was too brown and depressing

The location of the hotel was nice but we will never stay there again.

The worst part of the stay was that our room was dirty. The bathroom looked like it hadn¿t been cleaned at all and the carpet upon entering the room was torn. I¿ve stayed in a lot of hotels in my lifetime and this one was one of the worst.

Staff was confusing about check out time. Sign on door was not what their current policy was.

Quiet location, nice lobby, high ceiling in room made it feel more spacious. Nicely appointed and beds were comfortable.

Room (#264) had a terrible odor, kind of like the worst BO you've ever smelled! Black hair in shower, breakfast not included, had to pay $25 to park ON THE STREET. Not on par at all with other hotels in its class.

Location

Check in and out times were incorrect. Attendant was very rude about it. Parking is $25 should include that on the description.

Clean

Was surprised that there was a charge for parking $25 and a pet fee $50. Would have liked to know that before I booked. This increased the cost by almost double.

Great location for where we were doing business.

Very rude young blonde working checkout. She didn't want to put down her cell to help. I only wanted to make sure my Marriott rewards was listed for my stay. My clients who stay there about 5 days month said the same thing.

Close to the Mall, stayed before and the brand is clean

Stayed a year ago and parking was free. Parking is now $30 per day which is expensive for a limited stay property

Nice size and clean rooms.

Location and organization inadequate. /Rooms difficult to find and parking area . Not effeciently arranged. No decent breakfast and eating establishments were not plentiful in the area for travelers.

Room was great, spacious and well appointed. Liked the hotel and breakfast options.

Would have been nice to see the staff enforce the mask policy the hotel had posted everywhere. Most in lobby were socializing well within 6 feet with no masking.

The room was dirty and the toliet was messed up and the shower. The beds were not comfortable.

This is a recent build courtyard in an upper level walkable neighborhood. The room was clean, smelled good, and was in good condition. A pool is on the roof.

There is parking on the street to save the $20 daily parking fee.

This is a new courtyard and very nice. The lobby is great to work in. The rooms are quiet.

There is a $20 per day parking fee and the guy gave me a pass without even asking. I parked on the street.

It was a tucked away jewel! Staff was great, location was exactly what we were looking for. I especially loved the fire pit!

There was a long black hair in the shower:( Otherwise, everything was excellent

The vibe of the hotel was great. Everything was clean and organized.

Finding my room was slightly confusing. My room number was 157. There were rooms with similar numbers on the ground floor but this was located on the second floor. It was not clear using the signs that this is where the room was located.
