    Pros +

    • The room was nice, well-decorated, and the bed was comfy!
    • It’s clean
    • Bar staff were nice

    Cons -

    • The lighting was difficult to turn on. The sink in the bathroom was clogged and wouldn't drain adequately. They did not have cups in the room which makes it difficult to take meds.
    • Expensive they don’t even have a complementary breakfast. They charge you for water $10 for a bottle and they charge you $30 extra that is not added to your bill.
    • No T.P., no Body Wash, Almost no Hand Soap, Only 1 Wash Cloth...Everyone we encountered (including checking in) were on their phones and they all looked up and said the exact same thing "Oh let me finish with this, its housekeeping" Valet really

    Great location

Hotel room was like a cave with only 2 slender windows. It had a weird smell, sticky floors and a partially eaten candy bar in the mini fridge.

    Great location, nice, and quiet.

No self serve ice machines. We use a lot of ice (water, comes, beer) and the front desk has to bring it to you. An inconvenience.

Perfect walking distance to everything you could want to do in Nashville, yet tucked away in a private area away from the crowds and noise. Great restaurant, friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be back!

    10Verified guestPosted on: 3-29-2025

The staff were all super friendly, our room was very clean and inviting, and the location to downtown really could not be beaten. We will definitely return!

    7CherylPosted on: 3-7-2025

The staff.?they were cheerful, helpful and full of information to help make our visit to Nashville memorable. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms nicely appointed.

Our rooms were on the inside of the hotel, with one narrow window (about 18?) with a view of 3 brick walls. Dark! Outer rooms had larger windows & more light. The phones didn?t work in either room. Construction was being done on the hotel entrance.

    10MeganPosted on: 3-5-2025

It was clean and centrally located. Loved the text messages that checked in on us.

    7Verified guestPosted on: 2-25-2025

The location to Broadway was nice.

The room felt like a cave because the windows overlook interior walls. As soon as we checked in, the toilet clogged. They came to fix it, but it clogged again the next morning. Very unpleasant. Also, discovering parking for one night was $60 was no fun.

    5Verified guestPosted on: 1-6-2025

The hotel itself is nice, clean and stylish. The front desk check in was very friendly. But the negatives outweigh the positives on this one, I wouldn?t return.

The parking company overcharged and yet to be resolved. Was supposed to be $--- but was charged $--- plus taxes and service fee which I?ve never heard of for parking so came to $---. Also charged $74 for 4 drinks in the hotel bar (one of was a can of beer).

    9JasonPosted on: 12-15-2024

Walking distance to Broadway, room was clean and comfortable.

Parking situation is not good cost. $80 for a single Thursday night of parking when the sign says $60.

    4BrianPosted on: 12-12-2024

    Walking distance to broadway

Lights in room too dim hard to see and cable tv a pain to work and the elevators were being fixed all the time

    10JacquelinePosted on: 12-3-2024

The staff was very helpful and very friendly and professional. The rooms were clean, exceptional. Everything down to the valet was exceptional.

    Location

Our room was very loud. Many mechanical sounds throughout evening made it impossible to get a good nights sleep

    4Verified guestPosted on: 11-26-2024

The staff at the front desk and everyone we encountered was extremely professional and kind.

Parking is extremely expensive. We moved from a suite to a regular king room because the suite had no windows to the outsideand felt like a basement.

    location

dirty bedding and towels outside room and in hall; fridge did not work; AC was also not working well. But location was great and will be better once 2nd ave opens back up and the view was great.

    10AlisiaPosted on: 11-13-2024

Very nice rooms, great staff, super clean, close to everything!

Check in time is so late anymore with hotels.?.4pm and could not accommodate 3 or 3:30.

    8BrittanyPosted on: 11-12-2024

The room was cozy and clean

The restaurant was very slow not once but twice with our orders. Also very overpriced for the food they provided.

    8LeilaniPosted on: 11-2-2024

The description said there was parking available. There is only valet parking available for an astonishing rate of 65 per day. We had to find our own parking a few blocks away but for a quarter of the price
