    Pros +

    • Beautifully restored historic train station with outstanding rooms. The valet service was excellent, and the front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Exceptional service from start to finish!
    • Location and friendliness of the staff.
    • Staff was friendly. Facility is a beautiful historic one with updated well decorated rooms which is a great combination.

    Cons -

    • The fact that I paid for a deluxe king and literally got the smallest room in the hotel with a single queen bed in the room. They said they couldn't do anything because I had prepaid thru a third party site.
    • We requested a room higher in the building. The staff said none were ready and to come back later. When we returned they gave is a room in the basement with a view of a stone wall. The hotel was nearly empty. How rude. The lobby was under construction.
    • For whatever reason, every room had their beds placed directly under the air register. So every time the air/heat would kick on it would blow it right into your face. My wife and I got absolutely no sleep in either room we were in because of this.

    Awesome building.

The staff at the hotel was just great. And the location to downtown was very very handy.

For whatever reason, every room had their beds placed directly under the air register. So every time the air/heat would kick on it would blow it right into your face. My wife and I got absolutely no sleep in either room we were in because of this.

    No Bar/restaurant.

Nice accommodating staff, beautiful rooms and lobby

Construction outside, but not noisy inside, nor did construction impede access.

The beauty of the lobby. Our spacious corner room on the 6th floor overlooking Nashville. The spacious bathroom. The staff was warm and friendly.

The decor in the bedroom was definitely out of keeping with the beautiful decor of the lobby. However, we were told they are slowly moving toward redecorating the rooms to match the lobby's style.

The lobby and character. The valet guy on Friday 8-16 was great. He was very kind and helpful

There was dirty underwear on our bathroom floor. For the price of the room we expected more.

    People Service Structure

$42 valet fee not being better communicated ahead of time Shampoo dispenser was empty.

Very beautiful. Within walking distance of Music Row.

The only thing was room never stayed as cool as we liked, while sleeping. Think was an energy saver thermostat.

Good location - Fantastic lobby - Beautiful building

The room was small. Price seems very high plus $35 parking per night.

    5CamillaPosted on: 3-15-2016

Location was good - rooms clean - hotel is beautiful.

Our room was located right by the elevator and whatever/whoever was above us - walked all night and the floors creaked. My husband was done with his pancakes before I got my English muffin-REALLY! Told me they'd take it off the bill - didn't happen!!!

    9BarbaraPosted on: 9-16-2015

Everyone very friendly, close to everything downtown.

    food a little pricey!

    6DennisPosted on: 8-25-2015

The bed slept good. The noise from the Lobby was very distractive and the linens on the web were torn.

The noise from the Lobby was very distractive and the linens on the bed were torn. The price of the room was way to expensive for what you got. Double charge on the weekend. Not much better than a Hampton Inn.

    9MeghanPosted on: 4-12-2015

Nice staff, good location. Room was size able, clean and airy.

    5BenjaminPosted on: 3-29-2015

Room was small & in need of a thorough cleaning. Trash had accumulated behind night stands and clumps of dust were visible on curtain cornice board. For a regular hotel this would probably not have been a big deal, but for $---/night I'd expect more.
