The air conditioner was very noisy. We told the staff but we couldn't tell if anything was done about it

Most times exiting front door, there was marijuana smell we had to walk through.

Everything was great. The room was updated and clean, the staff was friendly and the location was great!

We had a great time. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was out dated , outside rooom acces gave it a low end motel vibe

$40 higher than next room because pictures of the inn were nice showing double room with one king and one queen. No mention of remodeling and after carrying luggage to farthest corner, then outside to old drive up type motel room. Two reg size beds.

We felt safe in the area. There was free parking. There is a shuttle that will take you downtown for only $10 per person! Bed was comfortable.

Paid for a king, was put in a double. Had to wait over an hour to get the king. No one at the desk had any info on the shuttle, got info from a customer. Remote for the tv didn't work. Toilet wouldn't flush, had to get a plunger. AC unit extremely loud.

Location was about the only positive.

Room entrance was from the exterior. This was not disclosed on booking nor was it explained at check-in. There was enough of a gap between the door and the frame that we could see light. it was incredibly loud; we could hear everyone around us.

The hotel was suppose to be none smoking room but was obviously been smoked in and smelled. Moved to different room but was made to pay a upcharge for the same size room only indoors!

The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and quiet.

The road noise was loud. Breakfast was not included in the price of the stay.

When booking they do not tell you if you are getting an interior room or an exterior room. If you get an interior room it maybe is a three star. If you get an exterior room like we did, giving it a 1 star is very generous.

Nothing, I did not feel safe nor clean in the room

It was not up today at all. Smelt like sell cigarettes. I didn¿t even want to touch anything in there we didn¿t even unpack we just left

It was close to our venue

The outside door entry. Even though you had to walk through the hotel to get it to it, it was still an outside door and I didn't care for that.

The room was clean, the beds, bedding and pillows were very clean and super comfortable. The food in the restaurant downstairs is delicious.

The bathroom was super tiny. The door couldn¿t open or close if you were sitting on the toilet. The lamps seemed dim even with all of them on. Applying make up was hard with the low lighting.

It was close to the opryland hotel and mall

The vents were dusty in the bathroom. Cracks in the walls. The toilet was running all night. I've paid $100 for a lower star hotel that was kept up better . I wish I could get a partial refund because I paid too much. The staff was very nice, though.

We had bed bugs in our first room and had to switch in the middle of the night Such a disappointment at a so called 3-star Marriott property. Very noisy location, poor service. Do Not Recommend.
