Yes, I wanted 40mins to check in, I was bit up throughout the night, bathroom sink leaking got my socks wet, arguing through the walls

Got there and my room was unavailable. Front desk lady offered us a room with twin beds (for a married couple married less than a year - hey we still like each other)

No one to ch check us in, had to call on the hotel phone, then the person returned and said that there was no room because there was no night clerk and we would have to try to find another hotel, at that time of the night, after I had already paid....

It is off a major street and close to the highway

They didn't have my king size that I reserved. The sheets were damp from not being completely dried. I stayed one night and housekeeping knocked on my door at 9am waking me up before I wanted to be asking if I was checking out. When I checked out at 11am

Long Hairs and other uncleanliness in bathroom. No toiletries. Seemed like one pillow missing. Sticky stuff on table. Old furnishings. Hot water lasted only about 3 minutes in shower. Received message that they could give away my room if I arrived late.

People smoking pot sitting outside their doors and people hanging out in the parking lot and breezeway. Didn't feel safe at all!!

I left my necklace in the room by accident and when I made several attempts to get it back but was unsuccessful

Nothing, it was horrible

Everything was horrible. No towels, no blow dryer. I called the day before to make sure those things were in the hotel and they assured me they were. Rooms were not ready, had to wait. Horrible experience and I had 4 rooms booked. They were all the same.

Roaches everywhere, bedding wasn¿t clean. I have pictures to prove it please send my money back and I will adjust my review

Online said breakfast, got there they said there was none, not even coffee. No coffee maker in room. Refrigerator was rusty and leaked water during the night. No one in office at night. Suppose to open at 9:00am, didn¿t! People smoking right outside room

Nothing. My room was given away as we arrived late. I called the hotel prior to my arrival to let them know we would be arriving late due to a flight change. I asked them to mark my account but obviously they did t. Needless to say we spent the night

In the lobby because every single hotel in the area was sold out. We would have been on tbe street all night if the late night clerk hadn¿t been so Nice to let us stay inside. It also rained so we wound have been out in the rain as well. NOT HAPPY

The location was convenient and the room was satisfactory.

The staff that checked us in was extremely rude and made it obvious that he was inconvenienced by our presence. The listing said breakfast was included but the clerk said there was no breakfast at all and complained about the hotel management.
