Must valet (not free) or pay the $50 for back lot parking. $50 gets you 24 hours parking. Never stated in details that the parking was $50 till we arrived.
The staff was so incredibly friendly, especially the breakfast attendant. She was such a happy, helpful person. She was a nice way to start our morning. Check in was also a breeeze.
Access to my conference location and the downtown corridor.
The pool was not clean. My room was musty.
I liked the buffet breakfast the best.

Its location is the primary draw, but only for those who love to noise and rowdy atmosphere of Broadway. It appears clean and even upscale from the pictures and from the lobby, but the rooms are dated and the beds and bedding just awful.
Lumpy pillows and broken down beds; noisy guests partying literally all night long; $48/night for parking that wasn't made clear at the time of booking.
Location, breakfast
There was construction and I couldn't get my GPS to give me alternate directions. I called twice and they were not helpful. I spent 1± hours finding my way. Then After checking in, they told me nothing about where to go for the valet. Room was FILTHY.
Of course it's the breakfast and location
