Shower did not work I was late for meeting because of it

The room had roaches vent, falling off the ceiling in the bathroom lights not working walls tore up doors tore up. Will never stay there again. Continental breakfast consist of a broken waffle maker and you had to toast your own bread. Coffee like water

Room design

Pool was closed for maintenance, sink counter in bathroom was broken, left shavings on the floor.

It is very quiet. I was able to sleep alll night without interruptions. I did not have a refrigerator in my room but maintenance and the front desk collaborated and found one immediately. Even the hospitality (cleaning crew) was awesome.

It was close to the grand ole oppry

The Suite had 2 A/C units only one worked, tv didn?t work properly it took 3 remotes to control it. Phone line was missing, and overall cleanliness was not good.

The staff was nice.

The pool was closed. From reading reviews, it is always closed. There was a roach in the bathroom. The bed was very squeaky. The door had scratches/marks all over it. The room smelled bad. It did NOT seem like a 2.5 star hotel that it supposedly was.

It was fairly cheap. We were only staying for about 10 hours. Only a good option when you need cheap.

I knew it wouldn't be the best hotel because it was cheaper but I expected a little more from them on everything.

Staff, dirty bathroom, room smelled, a did not work and everything was damp,t did not work, no spare pillows.

Ice machines were out of order. TV in the bedroom only had 1 channel and the remote did not work. The handle to the bathroom sink broke off. Many of the wall sockets did not work.

fridge and microwave in room

This is a very old hotel it's not what I would want to pay ---- for. They don't have a shuttle that goes to the airport this cost my more money. Not worth it.

The air conditioning

Room was not completely clean. There were ladies panties on the shelf in the closet area. There was a mold smell throughout the hotel.

Pool was closed. No mention of it on website. Beds were very hard and noisy.

It was located very conveniently to where I needed to be.

I didn?t like most things. It smelled very badly. The room was very humid and everything felt damp until the air ran full blast for several hours. Just didn?t feel clean.

The wall behind the bed I guess.. if I have to pick something.

Why it look like a hospital, tv barely work and what¿s with the vending machine?? My girl had the munchies ¿¿

The location was great and easy to get in and out for our daily plans in the city.

The hotel was very outdated and our TV didn't work. The photos provided were not accurate of the hotel, but overall a 2.5 star rating would help explain. We made the best of the trip and hotel.

Dirty, rooms were filthy, toilets in two different rooms wouldnt flush, bodily fluids on the sofa, nasty, pool condemn lights didnt work over the sink, faucet wouldnt shut off. Someone tried gettin into our rental car in the parking garage. High crime

Restaurants close

Booked the hotel for indoor pool and it wasn¿t working. Beds were hard and needs to be remodeled more. Holes in walls and marks from headboards. Free breakfast was a honey bun, sliced toast, waffle that was sticking as you cooked it and fruit. no Juice

Location, gas station store cross street, restaurants next door plus shopping mall, access to interstate. better than road way inn

The walls were as thin as paper and we could literally hear the entire conversation of the people next door to us. Then they had a very large, loud and late gathering that kept us awake well after 1am.

Leaving and not staying (we did not stay the night and left 5 minutes after check-in). Did not feel safe or safe leaving our car outside. Not sure how your company can stand by this as a 2.5 star hotel. I can provide pics, if necessary.

Towels under doors, bleached carpet areas. Our doors were losing paint. Smelled like smoke
