Hampton Inn Nashville/Bellevue-I-40

Our room had a horrible smell in it.coild not sleep at all with the odor. Had to go down to the desk at 12:30 am and request another room. They had us move all our items to another room.

The staff

It needs a remodel, deep cleaning...additionally there was a fight in our hallway and the side entry door doesn't lock.

Front desk staff were great. Rooms very clean

The continental breakfast was poor. We’ve stayed at other Hampton Inns and that was not the case. The fruit was past prime, the yogurt poor quality, and lots of fatty carbs. Because of the disappointing breakfast, we had to eat elsewhere.

It is an older hotel, however it was clean. The staff was nice and helpful.

The sink and bathtub drained slowly. We asked to be moved. Maintenance was sent and told it was resolved. We returned to the room to find a putrid smell. They moved us to another room that was ok, the bathtub was slow to drain in that room as well.

The bed linens were very clean and shower very hot

The hotel just had an overall tired look about it. The room showed wear & tear and had a bad smell. Bed was extremely clean but floors, baseboards dirty.

Beds were excellent and slept really good.

No air conditioning in the hallways, which was miserable and puddles of water around all the ice machines

Location was out of the busy area and still had restaurants nearby. Friendly staff and very clean room.

Chose this hotel as we were looking for something just past Nashville. We were driving from MD to TX. I like that Hamptons are all laid our similar. Person who checked us in gave us a great recommendation for dinner nearby (Jonathon's Grill).

The room smelled like a wet dog. I requested to change rooms but were unable to. I need a refund on room.

The atmosphere of the hotel is what you would expect oh a hilton hotel. I appreciate the staff and amenities yall had to offer.

The cleanliness that I thought I was paying for. There was hair EVERYWHERE in the shower holes in the caulking around the faucets and soap tray. Dirty bathtub. Poor housekeeping.

It¿s clean, attractively decorated, the beds were very comfortable, it¿s ideally located for shopping and evening dining, and the staff members were kind and professional. We will be returning to this hotel during future visits to Nashville.

Good location¿ access to dining and shops . East to get to while on road. Unexpected stop so needed toiletries, which staff gladly offered. Hampton¿s usual comfortable surroundings & furnishings and good bed. Safe space for single traveler.

Hotel was easily accessible and in a good location for my needs.

The bathroom in my room was in poor condition. The floor was dirty, and the shower was full of mold. This hotel was not what I expect from a Hampton Inn.
