Location, parking available and no additional charge

Didn?t meet the brand standard we are used to. Many things needed repair (Water/bottle refilling not working, one elevator out, faucet for the tub leaking/would not shut off, exercise equipment, etc.) Overall a bit dingy. Breakfast area clean/kept up.

location and quiet rooms

Front desk staff was young and very unprofessional. Rooms was very dingy and in need of repairs and updating. Breakfast was cold and unappetizing. There was only herbal tea (non-caffeine). Hotel side doors were inoperable (fire code/unsafe).

Room was large

25 dollars for parking in an unsecured lot. Upon check in the front desk wasn?t much help, problem with the reservation . However she appeared to be the only one working .

Location to my reason for coming into town.

Paint falling off ceiling in room plus several cracks in the ceiling. Carpet was dirty and had an odor. Most ice machines were inoperable.

The housekeepers had the room clean. Breakfast staff were good and well maintained breakfast area.

The front desk staff was unhelpful and the night housekeeping was awful. Had 4 people on it in a King and sleeper sofa room, but there was not bedding for the sofa bed. Called for items and was ignored. Left items and was ignored to get them back.

The cleanliness and location.

The parking was pretty expensive for 1 night.

The front desk staff and room cleaning staff addressed issues quickly. We selected this hotel for location and brand name Yhe breakfast was pretty good.What we expecte. The other guest were pleasant and friendly.

Lobby elevator button was broken. It was fixed after we brought it to their attention. There were stains on the bed linen, the carpet needed cleaning, there was no ice bucket (staff later brought one up), the fridge had rust inside.

Great location, quiet, walkable. Short ride to the music venues.

Some areas were well used. Nice property for the price.

The suites have a full kitchen.

Room was not ready at check in. Staff was not always friendly or professional.

The access to everything. Nothing is far away from the hotel and 2 blocks from centennial park.

Black mold in the bathroom. Elevetor was out of service. Ice machine was out of service.

The hotel was in a great location, near Vanderbilt University.

Several things: The pool was not operational while we were there. We should have been notified and given the option to book at another hotel. The side entrance was not operational.

Clean room and good, up to date furniture . Nice breakfast area. Mother and adult son.

Paid parking!? Turn the woman who checked us in told me it would be removed from my bill or waived and then no one knew anything about it and they make me pay $30 for handicapped parking which is outrageous. Terrible water pressure for shower. More.

Our room Absolutely stunk! The staff were rude. But bed was comfortable enough.

It would have been nice to have a fan in the bathroom.

Yes,there were ants in our room when we got back in our room in the evening.No food was left in the room.The halls smelled dirty. The knob to turn the water on in the shower kept coming off.Checked in at 4ish and left at 11:30 and drove 4 hours home.BAD

THE STAFF HAD ATTITUDES AND LESS THAN HOSPITABLE. THEY CHARGED ME MONEY AFTER PUTTING ME IN A DIFFERENT ROOM FOR OVERBOOKING AFTER TELLING THEM NOT TO CHARGE ME - FRAUD. EVERYTHING WAS DUSTY. ROOMS SMELLED LIKE PAINT FUMES.

Very courteous staff, waived the parking fee because the room wasn't ready on time. I got the 2 queen suite and it was spaceous and great with a kitchenette
