Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville-Airport

Very nice staff, the suite was very nice. Roomy and clean upscale.

The power went out 2 days, Internet went out after power was restored. Pool is dirty and not maintained.Cash came up missing from my room after housekeeping came in, while we were out. Due to power outage no breakfast or cold food. Kid stuck in elevator1

The cost and was told one price and when I got there they over charge me. Had to wait for a bit for someone to come to me.

If you want to be close to the airport then it¿s a good location

No water in pool...guess it Was needing work. Never got real cool in room but it was a Suite. Staff at front was helpful

The room was very large (suite), but that did not make up for all the hotel¿s issues.

Many things¿we rented two rooms, one had air conditioning that was broken and would not adjust, that same room smelled like cleaning supplies that try to mask smoke smell, handle fell off bathroom door in one room, off the shower in the other, pool empty.

Room was surprisingly quiet, being near the airport.

The overall grounds were needing serious attention (weeds everywhere, overgrown bushes, etc.). And the evening staff seemed more I interested in anything but helping guests and seemed put out by our questions & needs.

Staff is very attentive and quick to respond when needed.

The biggest drawback is the water pressure. For my daughter and granddaughter with long hair, it was almost impossible to get the shampoo out.

Our room was big and accommodated us all and we were able to get a roll way cot and extra blanket.

Hotel was under construction, and was not told this when calling about reservations! No hot foods like waffles for instance for breakfast. Very small selection. No indoor pool, was looking forward to that with the kids. Was disappointing

Hotel is under renovation--we knew it would be--but the price should reflect the inconvenience of that.

The wait for the elevator was a little long, but the property was doing elevator work, so it's likely NOT an ongoing issue. No big deal!

Rooms in great shape; location convenient; breakfast included was very good: Coffee and tea always available in lobby. Enough parking even though hotel was full.

One of the elevators was broken, but it was being repaired.Asked for a receipt at checkout, but got "we'll send it to you as an Email", which I never got,so don't have a receipt.

Loved our room. The bed and pillows were so comfy! Very clean, and an awesome shower!

The space for breakfast was crowded, and the eggs were very bland. The breakfast had no flavor at all.

The staff was wonderfully helpful & eager to please. The room was comfortable & very neat.

The toilet lid was too small. I know that sounds funny but in the day an age of bigger guests, one would figure that a toilet seat was NOT where you'd skimp on money.
