- fast elevators
- The shuttle service was excellent. The drivers were very nice.
- Great location, our room was great & staff was very friendly!
Cons -
- The bathroom is dated, not enough lights.
- shuttle to broadway needed more drivers and vehicles during peak times. It is an advertised amenity and should have ability flex during high demand
- They did not tell me that parking was 35 a night. All they said was oh you can self park.
