Check in staff very rude, rooftop Bar turned 20 yr old daughter and I away after being told we could Eat there since everything was closed. Front desk never answered, we only had 1 towel. They never returned security deposit. Just so bad for The price.

Location, staff was friendly, water stations on every floor, easy check in/out

very rowdy crowd, some people were loud and drunk in the main areas and hallways on the weekend

Lovely decor, great location

The bed was hard. I was kinda shocked how uncomfortable it was. When our room was ?cleaned? it was the bare minimum. The television remote was on the floor so I assume they just changed out towels and made the bed.

Staff was kind and the hotel was very clean and the location was amazing.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the pillows had absolutely no support at all. Everything else in the room was amazing and very clean.

Quality of the hotel is truly 5-star. Beautiful rooms with floor to ceiling windows, updated bathrooms and a wonderful bed.

Location. AJ Jackson rooftop bar. Comfy bed and great views.

The Marsh Restaurant staff and hotel front desk staff were the best assets in this hotel.

Our room was dirty & kleenex/soap wasn't replenished w/ daily cleanings. The hotel had no real amenities & left us quite bored; Killbrew is only open in the AM, Marsh is closed between meals & the hostess at the rooftop was unaccommodating/rude.

The room was great.

They refused to do a 2pm late checkout and said they would charge an extra day if we stayed past 12pm which makes no sense if the next guest can¿t check in until 4pm anyway. Not accommodating at all. Room service took over an hour to get to the room.

Location, style comfort

They do not tell you it is $50 a night to valet park until you check out.

I enjoyed the comfortable bed and nice view. The bathroom was also very spacious.

Valet took a while to bring my car around. I would rather just pay to park in a parking garage.

The room was great. The hotel felt new and clean.

It is an ala carte hotel. Everything costs you, nothing comes with the original cost, not even the coffee.

It was in a great location, easy to get to with lots around!

The room was nothing special for what we paid! The pillows look great, but fall so flat when sleeping. The mini bar was empty and even though it was because of Covid, that was not shared in any of our information prior to checking in, or when we got in.

The staff was amazing.

Not the cleanest for a four star hotel. The showers and sheets were both somewhat dirty.

The overnight hotel staff was not helpful- asked for coffee and told had to wait until 7am. Coffee makers should be in rooms

Service was great throughout the hotel - from the front doors to the rooftop bar. Rooms were often cleaned twice daily. Location was perfect.

Not much storage in the rooms. Some exterior noise was a bit loud in rooms, but nothing too bad.

No ice machine, no coffee machine, location was directly downtown & could hear noise from the street. Room was not cleaned one day-was told they have until 3pm to clean & then turndown was at 5pm. Was not asked at checkout how our stay was.
