There was no hand soap. The pillows were lumpy.

The staff was great

for what we paid I felt like the caulking in the bathroom could have been more updated, the bathroom wall above the mirror were dust bugs, there were fingerprints on the doors and cabinet where the fridge was

Distance to broadway was pretty good. The breakfast was much better than I expected.

The bar food wasn't great. I was at the bar in the early afternoon and someone was vacuuming while I was sitting there and then he was vacuuming at my feet. That was definitely not ok.

You FAILED - the the hotel YOU Failed to make the damn reservation!!!! We went to check in and there was no reservation!!! We were on the phone with you for over 2 hours and it was the worst experience ever!!!!

Breakfast was mediocre, housekeeping inconsistently cleaned - probably a communication issue.

After an issue with our room they booked us in the Dury Inn next door.

We were told after we started to check-in that there was a maintenance issue with our room and was moved to another hotel. Which was fine but we would have liked to know before we checked in as so we could book another hotel if we desired to.

Fantastic location! Walking distance to top Nashville locations like Country Music Hall of Fame, Bridgestone Arena, Broadway, Ryman, over bridge to Titans stadium, considering how close we were to the bars the room was quiet. Beds were comfy, the rooms had everything we needed, and breakfast onsite was ok, although we preferred Pancake Pantry right outside hotel door, small shop onsite but again there was a small supermarket across road which had everything we needed.

Breakfast was ok, could have been improved, other than that the hotel was great!
