Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Nashville at Opryland

The staff-- who checked us in. She was very professional and nice.

The air conditioning in the room did not work efficiently, breakfast needs more space, not as clean as I like.

Could have had couple more towels and softer - also allergies to feather pillows there was2 on the bed

The staff was very kind. From encountering them in the elevator to the breakfast area. They were helpful and servant-hearted. The bed was very comfortable.

The room smell was very musty. The room appeared clean and the bed was comfy, but the smell did not go away.

I had to reboot the tv so it would work. Toilet took 3 flushes to work. And only had one soft pillow

The hotel was lovely and clean and the housekeeping staff worked hard to keep it that way. Reception staff were very helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was plentiful and beautifully laid out.

Hot breakfast. Cheese omelets and sausage along with standard fare. Good for diabetics.

Location was pretty outstanding for our planned activities¿close to venues we had planned to attend, and there were an adequate number of places to dine for all our meals.

Closet space was very small, and maybe the first room I¿ve stayed ever that didn¿t have an in-room microwave¿pretty disappointing.

Cleanliness and friendly and helpful staff, especially employee at the front desk.

Filthy area,not at all what I expected Opryland to be like. Never comming back. I wondered why at check-in the manager said they lock the fryont doors at 7pm

The room is very small/cramped

This is the cleanest place I¿ve stayed in quite a while. The rooms were fresh and linen was crisp. The staff were so kind and always smiling and polite. I was able to check in early with no issues at all. The pool was very nice and towels were provided.

The beds were miserably firm. We were in so much pain after 4 nights. Do not recommend this hotel for this reason. Definitely not as nice as other 3 star hotels I've stayed in.

hotel was fairly easy to get to

bathtub was full of water upon arrival and has a constant drip. attention to detail with the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired¿.especially at the price point for this hotel.
