Fold out couch did not have a mattress; refrigerator did not work; no shuttle service to airport.

The young lady at the front desk was the best. A++++ service. Super friendly. She accommodated our requests and even gave us restaurant recommendations. She was great. Definitely the best part of our stay.

free shuttle service 7am-11pm 4 miles radius. We called multiple times from10:43pm to be picked up, NO ANSWER!!!!! We called hotel multiple timesNO ANSWER!!Very frustrating. Desk clerk said we called too late.plz change the hours listed!! Very upsetting

Very clean

The refrigerator automatically cuts off every 2 hours and you have to push a button to turn it back on. If you have a medical condition that requires your medicine to keep cold, this could be a serious issue as it was for me.

The alleyway noise pollution in my room was SIGNIFICANT. Large, loud trucks backing up, banging dumpsters and idling throughout the night = no sleep. I had a three night stay and all three nights there were disruptive noises. And I¿m a very deep sleeper¿.

Good location, breakfast had Nutella!! Clean and updated. Staff was friendly. Free shuttle rides!

The hotel was wonderful overall. The staff was our favorite part of the stay. The front desk clerks were so helpful. The  front desk clerk keptt us laughing and had so many good recommendations of places to eat and fun things to do. A+

It was very close to where I had to go every day

The part I didn’t like 1 was the noise level from the room up above me 2 the fact I was right next to where they picked up trash everyday at some ridiculous time 1:30 am then again that same day at 3:30 am then again at 4:45 am the rest of the week. Mor

cleanliness. garbage under the tv table. not wheelchair accessible as i requested. tub not walk-in shower. appeared to be so for the sight challenged and hard of hearing.
