Misleading description. I get this hotel because of breakfast which it shows in your advertisement that is included. When arrived the staff told me there any more breakfast in the hotel.

They advertise breakfast but there was no breakfast and no hot pot in room for tea or coffee

I¿m very poor condition. Hair dryer in room 140 had exposed electrical wires

Good location for what we wanted, about 20 minutes from most things.

advertises free breakfast, one of the reasons I booked it. Get there, no breakfast. Pillow cases were stained, we went and bought pillow cases!2 towels in room for 3 guests, had to get more. 1/2 roll of toilet paper, no extra, had to ask for more.

I didn¿t stay at the hotel , I canceled in time but they still charged me ! Horrible horrible horrible service , never trust them ! The agent on the phone assured me it¿s free, he didn¿t even notify the hotel and they charged me !!! Terrible

I didn¿t stay at the hotel in the end so I don¿t know anything about it , other that customer service was horrible when I tried to call and find out why there is a charge if I canceled the stay , bad experience

This hotel is easily accessible from the road compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel description is very inaccurate. The hotel does not offer breakfast as they claim to, there is also an unlisted 50$ charge for 'room deposit' checkout is at 11am but good luck sleeping past 8:30 due to the amount of housekeeping noise.

The room was very clean and smelled fresh.

There was no breakfast even though the selection mentioned a breakfast of some sort was included. They only had coffee available in the lobby but at least their was that.

Cleanliness. Found dead bugs and dirty linens in our room. They did change our room, but the overall cleanliness did not change.

There was no soap in the shower. I killed a roach in my room.

Friendly and quick to respond to requests. Convenient and easy to get in and out of. We did not have hot water for showers and no coffee pot. The morning breakfast is still closed down due to COVID. Overall a good experience was a good one!

All ground level rooms with parking available right in front of my door. Not terribly far off the freeway

Absolutely no focus on cleanliness. Upon arrival a $75 deposit is required. Really all they care about is looking for a way to grab more money from you. They don't care what the rooms look like. The bathroom area smells like raw sewage

Cheap rates for Nashville but you get what you pay for.

Local informed me the Dickerson Pike area is not the friendliest or safest. Very run down and sketchy. Bulletproof glass in hotel lobby is not the norm for Nashville. Would not recommend for single women or families.

It was a great location quiet very close to gas stations as well as food places will plan to stay there again in the future thanks for the stay...

Not much

There was smoke in our nonsmoking first room. Once we changed rooms the second was unclean. There was hair in the shower and black hair fell out of the clean towels. Thin walls made it impossible to sleep with other guests up at all hours!

House keepers were nice and friendly.

Man at front desk wouldn't give my husband more than one dollars change for drink machine that only took quarters. No coffee pot in room. Breakfast was terrible.

I had booked the hotel for 3 days. I pulled into the parking lot I knew I would not stay that long. The Room smelled so bad The bed Skirt was covered in white MOLD. Within 10 minutes i couldn't breath. I had to step into the bathtub to close the door.BAD

Quick easy check in. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast included cereal, sweet roll, toast, coffee, and juice.

I'd rather have had bar soap than liquid soap from a dispenser.

It was a place to sleep

Bathroom was so tiny, location was iffy, front desk clerk was behind bulletproof glass, housekeeping didn't speak fluent English and couldn't understand my husband and breakfast was terrible

Good location for the price, not very far from a lot of sites. Room wasn't luxurious, but it had all the comforts I would want. Bed was good, had HBO, free Wi-Fi...I wasn't spending all day in the room, but when I'd get back late, I had those items.

The breakfast left a bit to be desired, both in selection and the size of the lobby.
