No way is this a 4 star hotel. The rooms and hallways are old and musty smelling. Its a 3 star, maybe 3.5 star hotel. Should only be charging $--- a night. I stayed at the Sonesta Nashville Airport hotel that was 4 star rating...no comparison.

The rooms were really small And cramped. Definitely did not look like the photos unless the photos were from years ago when opened. Mold all around the bathtub. Black mold on the ceiling and walls n curtains were nasty

The staff is amazing! So accommodating. Shout outs specifically to hotel employees!! Housekeeping staff was friendly.

Very low water pressure- Cold water (only) coming out of the facial sink- Was not resolved. Had to have engineer come up to deal with toilet flushing issues. I recall this hotel having the same issues when I visited earlier this year.

I liked the way the rooms were set up and how spacious they were. The bed was also very comfortable. The coffee they serve at eh self serve station in the morning was delicious. Best hotel coffee I've ever had.

I didn't like that there was no breakfast included with the room. The brunch they did have was, in my opinion, overpriced for what was offered. The rooms could have been cleaner. Drapes were dingy and dusty and all the mirrors had a film all over them.

The staff were very accomadating. We took the shuttle to the Oprayland Hotel and Anthony took us right to the door and when we called for him to pick us up, he was there in 8 minutes. We even booked another night because we liked the way we were being tr

The location of the hotel

I had a patio but couldn¿t open the door to get to it. Spider webs were all on the door which means it has been overlooked in the cleaning process

The hotel was super close to the airport and a 10-15 minute drive to downtown.

Was charges for parking even though it was supposed to be free. Thought breakfast was included and it wasn't and was not told until after we were eating breakfast and then we were charged.

The hotel front desk did not have information about breakfast inclusion in the booking. The details were not mentioned in the confirmation while we assumed that it was included as part of the booking .

The lady at the front desk was very polite and helpful.

The closest doors in my room would not open but no big deal because I only stayed 1 night

The room had lots of space. The sleeping arrangements being separate from the couch and TV was a plus. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

Having to request that the room be serviced was a hassle. The door closest to the stairs where our room was did not let you enter. The parking fee in addition to the reservation was unexpected and with two vehicles added nearly $100 to our stay.
