    • Clean everywhere you looked
    • We were able to check in early.
    • There were so many things! The whole place was exceptionally clean. The staff was super nice. Breakfast was nice.

    Cons -

    • Old hotel renovated but not very well parking is $40
    • King or suite was tiny. Barely enough room to walk around the bed.
    • Was listed as a 3 star hotel - not sure that it should be. Rooms were open to the exterior (outside) and I’m not a fan of this.

There were so many things! The whole place was exceptionally clean. The staff was super nice. Breakfast was nice.

The sliding barn-style doors on the bathroom were AWFUL!!! They made me feel like I was going to the bathroom in the bedroom. When you closed them, there was a 2" open gap. As great as this hotel is, this is a deal-breaker for us. We won't be back.

    10AaronPosted on: 2-10-2026

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! The breakfast was also pretty good. It's only about a 15 minute walk to downtown broadway, which was nice.

    7MichaelPosted on: 9-1-2025

The room was clean, staff was friendly.

The bed was HARD! If you enjoy sleeping on a concrete floor, this bed would be perfect for you! Had a very tough time sleeping.

    Location Price Parking was good

    Nothing great about it.

    5Verified guestPosted on: 11-9-2024

    The staff was wonderful

The hotel rooms were outside entry, there was no mention of this in the listing or way to tell from the photos. certain key areas of the room were updated but it has not been fully updated, the bathroom door was broken!

    10CarolPosted on: 10-3-2024

    Reasonably priced for location

The elevator was on the outside of the building. I was always with other people but would not have wanted to access it alone.

    Valet attended

Staff was rude and charged for an extra person

    4CharlenePosted on: 8-7-2024

Would of never paid that money for this hotel

The bed needs to be replaced hurt hips an back springs close to coming through. Very sad

The bones of the place could use an update along with doors to rooms, the room furnishings were updated but the door and light switch in door jamb gotta go.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-23-2024

hotel was nice inside the rooms but outside could use some updating.

The valet drove my vehicle in a very unprofessionable manner. As he was getting my car for me he came around the corner squealing tires.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 4-7-2024

location was walking distance to things we wanted to see

the valet process was tedious. We would request our car through the app as directed, but most times the valet was not checking it.So when we got downstairs to the valet, he didn't see the request and it started at that point. Then was 20+minutes

    8JillPosted on: 4-6-2024

The room was clean. Rooms restocked and tidied each day. Good hot breakfast til 10 am. The price was good for proximity to downtown activities and Nashville sights. I was able to walk to everything except The Opry and the Uber ride to airport was not long

The double queen room did not have much extra space, but was still appropriate for just myself. It may get a little cramped with more than two people, especially if you spend more time in the room.

    8TimothyPosted on: 1-2-2024

The location was perfect. The Bed was comfortible. Breakfast was fresh and good variety.

You have to valet or you're are on your own for parking. There is no other quest parking. Floor of room felt loose dirt when walking barefoot. Rooms are comfortible but small.

    5Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 10-23-2023

    The location.

The one elevator for the room is outside the lobby. The room¿s doors are outside. Does not seem very safe even though cameras are everywhere but do know if monitored. The price was expensive for this type of hotel.

    10AdamPosted on: 10-3-2023

The staff was amazing!!! So friendly and informative! Clean and exactly what we need and priced better than other places.

The main elevator isn't in the lobby. That took a bit to get used to.
