It was fairly easy to find. Not too big of a place. All staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok.

The pool was broken. The 3rd floor had a misty smell so they moved us to the 4th floor which was fine

My wife and I found black mold on the carpeted baseboard near the heat and AC unit. Furthermore we did not receive our credit from staying at the La Quinta inn in Nashville approximately 24 months ago. They had no AC no breakfast and refused our request

bathrooms needs a remodel

The hotel staff were pleasant.

The hotel was room had a bar sticking out of the side of the bed that was at least 3-4" long. We had a problem with the bed and when we alerted the front desk. It was fixed when we came back, however the room hadn't been cleaned and bed wasn't made.

Breakfast was always good

Our fan in the bathroom didn't work, our ottoman didn't have rollers, we didn't have a 2nd lock on the door, and the floors were very uneven.

Breakfast was ok,staff was nice but over charged my card.

One elevator it was seriously small,and the parking was really wierd

The check in lady was very sweet

The room door would not close..manager had to come close it, stating that Maintenance was gone for the day¿room had a smell to it..had to go buy wipes and Lysol to clean room

The bed was very comfortable. A good choice of pillows on the bed. The breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay there again next time I'm in Nashville.

The bathroom had a sour, moldy smell to it. The second gate remained locked. This is a bad idea & is unsafe due to the hotels location.

Was in a great location only about 2 or 3 miles from downtown. The staff was very very nice and informative. Beds were very comfortable.

The rooms were adequate but our door did not shut had to have a staff member show us how to Maneuver the door to secure it.. Had a couple roaches in our room. the tub did not drain. the toilet paper holder came out of the wall. It needed a renovation.

The only thing positive is the check in was quick and fast.

After check-in walking to the room floor Sloaped, The room did not smell very well, the bathroom was dirty. The blow dryer that was given in the room was covered in hair and dirt. Bad breakfast, nothing to choose from I will not be staying again.

The breakfast staff were excellent very friendly and were quick in keepingk the food available.

The tub was plugged. Our room was next to the dumpster that was emptied at 2 AM. Thought it was gun shots at first! The flooring in the elevator is coming up. The air/ heater unit looked like it was going to fall out any minute. Bad bad area.

The staff was very helpful and nice!

We didn't realize rooms weren't being serviced because of covid so we ran out of towels and our garbage was very full. It would have been nice to have known that upfront. The pool was very, very dirty. Like cigarette packages and leaves all over floating.

This hotel was the dirtiest hotel I¿ve ever stayed in. There was blood on the bed, the bathroom door was full of dirt- the hairdryer was so dirty I couldn¿t touch it. This was a disgrace to holiday inn.

Everything- could not wait to exit

The room was clean.

The site said there was a pool but in fact there wasn't. Plus the night staff when we got there didn't tell us what time breakfast was so we missed it. Plus they didn't say there wasn't a pool either. I had to ask where it was and then got told they didn'

The breakfast was ridiculous. I understand its covid, and they cant have some of the usual things out, but it doesnt mean you dont do it. There was oatmeal, a small bowl of small muffins, sometimes there was yogurt, they could have done a better job.

Shower had empty conditioner and shower gel. I called the front desk and he immediately got new bottles, so the staff was great. Also, the bagged breakfast they give out is pretty measly.. I would expect more for what I paid.

The staff was professional and understanding, trying to accommodate our concerns.

The rooms smelled musky to us. We expressed our concerns and the staff moved us to a new room, which also smelled musky, like it had been flooded.

Staff. With the exception of the lobby associate the other woman was horrible! Nothing but attitude every time I asked a question.
