The best thing was the location

The staff was no help at all, and rude

Just that my room was on the fifth floor next to the public restrooms and pool very loud and very busy!!

The guy that checked us in was rude and the other guy was suppose to either give free breakfast or money back for 2 of the 3 rooms being wrong which did not happen

I liked the staff, I liked the smaller room and the layout of the room. I liked the sound machine option. That was really cute. ? I also liked the area a whole lot also.

The staff was amazing even at late hours.

Its a few streets too far from downtown Nashville but to be honest i dont like to walk too much but perfect.

Hotel employee at the front desk was excellent and very customer oriented. The other desk staff were also polite and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

I cannot think of anything I did not like about my stay at this hotel

Staff and the pool

There wasn't anything stating that the was a $42 a day parking fee. Would not stay again just cause of that.

Was charged twice for my stay so now I'm wait for a waiting. they also make you valet park but they seem to never find the drivers at night so you have to park in front of the doors

Perfect location, easy walking distance to broadway and convenience stores. Bed was super comfy!! Room was as clean as a whistle. Staff super friendly and helpful!

That you had to pay 45$ a NIGHT for parking! Parking at hotels should be included in your stay! I¿ve never had to pay for valet parking at a hotel let alone parking period! My car was parked once by valet and it never left till check out!

Good quality mattress and pillows. Good location. Receptionist on check-in was very friendly.

The room could have used some artwork on the wall separating the main room from the bathroom area. Decor bland.

Staff was unhelpful, was charged for parking and we didn't have a car. Needed to call twice for towels as we didn't get any, also needed to call for toilet paper.

Pool. Wish I could have had a balcony facing the pool instead of facing a building, but there were apparently none available.

Not worth it for the price. I know that the price was raised bc of the TN v. VA game, but it was just too much. The decor could use an update - way too much gray and tan, it was so blah. Definitely needs brighter colors and more Nashville charm.

Not to far from Broadway by uber. Restaurants right around the corner. The pool is very clean and big. Staff very helpful.

Everything. The room was tiny. The bed was like sleeping on a hard floor. No where did it say the pool was closed and it was. Parking was a nightmare. $42 to valet park and we waited an hour to get our car back. No microwave in the room. Thin sheets.

The pool was closed, it looked like there was some water damage or poorly done renovations in some areas, the bar was rarely open
