Hilton Garden Inn Nashville Downtown/Convention Center

It was perfect , staff was great and very clean , my plane took off 16 hours late and when i got to thr hotel hotel thry had me marked as no show. And had given my room away , and had no room at 7 am to use

Any chance they can refund the first night , i thought since prepaid tgey would have kept it

Location pool and Fitness center

The guy working front desk johnathen had a bad attitude he either had problems at home or just a terrible attitude. The guy working the valet on Saturday and Sunday had a horrible attitude also the young guy working with him was great

Very nice. Clean.

Our room was by the street and the sirens and trucks woke us too early. We were asked for room that was quiet vs view. We will choose quiet next time.

Very clean, quiet, and great location. Walking distance to all the food and entertainment.

I only had a 1 night stay however, all the hotel staff, including the valet parking attendants, were very helpful and friendly. Great live entertainment. Have already made a suggestion to a coworker that may be making the same trip, to make a reservation.

Big room

Felt nickel and dimed. The continental breakfast is not included (at those room rates). The WiFi is very disappointing.

Many issues. Confirmation screw up, ants in 2 rooms, restaurant slow service. Over one hour to get food and we were the only people in the restaurant. Manager telling me I didn't have a 5 day confirmation until

Parking was crazy but the attendant did an amazing job.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, close to Broadway.

We did ask for more towels one day and didn't get them, asked again next day and we did get some then.

The staff was great .we got in at 12:45 a.m. and employee was great when we arrived. The other desk staff was just as friendly through out our stay. next time we're in Nashville we will stay at Hilton.

Hotel empoyee were 3 outstanding staff members that made our stay very enjoyable! Everyone was wonderful but those three in particular stood out!

The aerosol smell in the lobby was too pungent. I understand that a hotel should smell clean but whatever is used in this hotel is way too strong.

The words nickel and dime come to mind. Parking, breakfast, wifi (if it was free they didn't mention it). For the price, I expected more than a $--- hotel, got less. I didn't see or get informed about a shuttle to the convention center, oh well.

Ideal proximity to walk Downtown. Rooms were quiet.

Mandatory Valet Parking is unnecessary. Self Parking should be an available option. Some areas under maintenance.

Close to event

Parking was full. Tub was dirty. Towels were wet. Bathroom door handle broken. Stains on sheets, box spring, n walls. Microwave didnt work right. Got ignored at the attached restraunt. I cant say one good thing. Place was trash especially 4 how overpriced

Very clean hotel. Room was cozy and perfect for my needs. The staff member  that checked me in upon arrival was wonderful and provided the perfect start to my brief visit to Nashville.

My room refrigerator was not cold and I would have appreciated more complimentary bottles of water.

Clean room.

The valet parking price was not mentioned. I paid an extra $100 for valet parking that was charged to my card.

Nice location

The beds were very uncomfortable as the mattress was very hard. Another annoyance was the mattress didn't go to the end of the bed. The wood frame was sticking out 3 inches from the mattress. As a result we hitting our legs on the frame constantly.

Great location and the staff was helpful.

The pool was in need of a good cleaning, and the only way to connect to WIFI was to sign up for a Hilton Honors account. That seems silly in 2022 - WIFI should be free for all guests, especially given the price of this particular hotel.
