The breakfast

The entire hotel. The front desk lady was rude, was on her personal phone why I was trying to ask her about my wifi not working.

Nice room

Bed was too soft and lumpy. Didn't expect to pay extra for the parking.

Cleanliness in hallway and elevator. There was a distinct fish odor in elevator and hallway Sun.evening.It was not addressed until Tues.morning when we brought it tothe staff's attention.They shampooed the hallway carpet, odor was gone but the carpet was

The breakfast

My son found a thyroid pill left behind by a previous guest in our room and ate half of it before we caught him. The room was not cleaned well. Bathroom door didn't lock. Bathtub and toilet was dirty. It advertised a full kitchen a cook top.

We stayed here to and from Raleigh for one night each time. We chose it because it was accommodating for 5 being us and our 3 kids. We slept comfortably, hotel is quiet and centered around hotels. It doesn¿t have a bar or nightlife In it which is grea

Staff was attentive.

Room needed some attention. The sink ran slow and the handicap bar in the shower was coming loose

Large room, very clean. The sheets were amazingly soft and the bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was the worst I¿ve ever had at a hotel. Very few choices and the frittata tasted like bug spray. The waffle mix resulted in a gooey waffle. Other choices were oatmeal, packaged pastries, and some yogurt. That¿s it.

Loved the design of the hotel! Fire pit/lounge areas provided visiting w/ privacy. The manager on duty--Deviin (sp?)--was SUPER helpful & walked us up to the room because there was rust in the toilet he wanted to show us, in case that was a problem to us.

The breakfast was very good; plenty of dining area. I would rate the hotel "excellent," had the pool heater been working. The room was spacious (we had the two queen bed studio) & very clean, although some bath fixtures needed update due to rust.

Didn¿t like anything about this place.

Couch in room had several stains on it. Floor was disgusting. Lamp had a huge crack in it. The bathroom handles were all rusted and nasty looking same with the bar for the shower that kept falling down.

The hotel is in a great area. It¿s close to airport and other eating areas. I felt safe getting out and walking. They have 2 great outdoor spaces and the breakfast was plenty to choose from.

One man was allowed to let his dog run around inside without a leash. One member of our party asked for toilet paper and was told they were out. She had to ask for the manager who got her the toilet paper.

Large room and quiet. Nice indoor pool. Breakfast was good.

Did not understand bedding. Looked like a mattress cover for blanket. Needed fruit on breakfast bar.

Sufficient for my family!

Couple things were worn down, which is totally fine. I was just concerned I would be charged for them since I brought my kiddos. I wasn¿t, so all good.

We have stayed here several times. It is convenient to the airport.

Only wish for king-size mattresses that are less firm.

Old. Not clean. A/C did not work well.

I liked that it offered breakfast. I love that it had a fridge, dishes, and kitchen area. I loved that there was a couch also. The room was spacious.

It would have been nice if it had a hot tub. The beds were suppose to be queen beds, but they seemed more like full size beds. We could not get onto the Free Wifi.

Price

Room wasn’t really dirty, but had a nasty stained 1980s sofa. The ceiling on top of the bathroom shower was nasty. Mild behind the shampoo dispenser.

The cleanliness of the room, and the size based on the price was quite impressive.

There was a slight issue with the trash pick up and getting the bags replaced, but I contacted the front desk so that they were aware.

air conditioner shut off when I came back and room was 74 or 75 degrees.. took a bit to cool it down. Would have liked a King bed instead of queen

Location was near the event we were attending. The staff were friendly and helpful, they gave us a checkout time an hour and a half later than normal. It was easier to put together a healthy breakfast than some places we've stayed.

We couldn't seem to turn the fan/ac all the way off -- but that might have turned out to be a plus because it kept us from noticing planes once we went to sleep.

Clean.. Nice looking rooms.. Staff was friendly and helpful
