    Pros +

    • The staff is friendly and very helpful.
    • We stayed during an ice storm so it was close to our house which made it nice for us to keep an eye on our home. We were able to take our dog.
    • Leaving.

    Cons -

    • Parking lots are too narrow. it was little difficult to park the car, since other cars are not parked properly. Probably, this is the same issue other cars are also facing.
    • The staff wasn't overly helpful considering so many people were there displaced by the ice storm. I'm sure they were overwhelmed but they weren't as sympathetic as I would've tried to been to everyone.
    • The front desk person was rude as hell. The beds almost sat on the floor and my mom had trouble getting up from it. The pillows were less than flat, there was zero water pressure, the bathroom door wouldnt shut fully. It was a horrible stay.

The rooms were clean and still new feeling. The location was ideal for the Gaylord convention center and the Grand Ole Opry. It was nice to have the adjacent mall too.

The parking lanes are narrow- you'll want to park further away unless you want your doors dinged. Breakfast is not included- McDonalds is just down the street. The elevators were not regularly cleaned.

Newer hotel near the Opry. Comfortable bed.

We were informed at check-in that they had a breakfast buffet. It was not edible. We were then billed $16 per person plus tip. Buyer beware.

Restaurant food was subpar and the $15 breakfast was the exact same continental breakfast you get at other chains for free

Front desk rep was sooo nice love her

The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and well set up. Everything worked! The lobby area is welcoming, and the bar area and staff (Kecha) were friendly, efficient and attentive.

Would have liked a bit more friendly, customer first attitude at reception. It seemed at times that we were a bother.

    All fine,

A friend and I meet in Nashville each year. We arrived at different times, 2 hours apart. We both asked for the same floor, was refused, rudely actually, by manager. Won't be meeting at a Hilton next hyear

We left early, and did not have breakfast at the hotel.

If we had been able to have connecting rooms, it would have been better! But we were on the same floor, which was good!

We had reserved two rooms through Booking.com and when we arrived, funds for only one room had been received, thus delaying our registration.

The breakfast was good. The location was fine.

They almost charged for breakfast. I had a coupon. The TV service was terrible as it was raining and it went out.

The hotel was very clean and had a great smell. I will definitely stay here again. The front desk even sent me multiple texts to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable beds.

The bathroom door is a barn door and is not very private but that is the only down fall to this hotel.

    Not much

Beds were awful. Handicap room to far from elevator.

    10MaryPosted on: 11-29-2025

    Very clean!

There is one front desk, lady that was very rude but otherwise the staff was great when you needed her she was never there.

    5RussPosted on: 11-22-2025

    New and clean

Bathroom barn door design does not close off the bathroom. Toilet seat was plastic, ill fitting and flimsy. Moved around when you sit on it. Not good for someone with a sore/ bad back and have sudden movement by the toilet seat.

The staff was WONDERFUL. From the clerks at the front desk, to our housekeeper and Bri at the hotel bar. Checking in was easy and fast. I was also texted on the regular to check on our stay. Sorry, I didn't remember everyone's names, but everyone that my husband and I came in contact with was extremely friendly and welcoming. Will definitely be back. Thank you so much.

Gym was perfect. It’s still fairly new. The bartender was amazing.

The lady who runs breakfast is less than kind. I honestly didn’t want to get breakfast there so I wouldn’t have to deal with her. On the last morning a few of us ended up waiting up to 30 minutes for breakfast. The first guy had to cancel his order because he was going to miss his flight. The breakfast lady had apparently checked 15 minutes prior and said it was in its way out. He asked to see the manager so she directed him to Sarah. A little bit later while I was still waiting for my breakfast I heard Sarah in the kitchen making fun of the guy who was upset. Her, the cook and breakfast lady were all having a good laugh. I was still waiting, and I had to wait about 30 minutes too while they were all back there joking. I ordered two eggs over herd, potatoes and bacon. The bacon was already done because it was sitting out on a plate. I walked up to the area and asked for Sarah. She came up and I said “hey. Since we are all waiting for breakfast can I have an extra hour to checkout”. She looked shocked… probably realized I could hear their convo. She said ya no problem. I asked if I needed to let the front desk know… she said she would handle it… but right at 11 (normal checkout) I had a woman knock on my door who didn’t speak any English looking confused as to why I was still there. Luckily I had Google Translate. I was a little disappointed in the leadership of this place. Won’t be staying here again.
