Location, Luxury and Valet

Convenience to concert. it was nice to walk to the venue.

Overpriced. Pretty much had to use valet. No continental breakfast. Instructions unclear about your credit for in house dining.

The outstanding people who work at this hotel, including the front desk, the valet group and the hotel cleaning professionals

The food and drink prices were very high and honestly would make us think differently on whether or not we would eat in the hotel the next time.

Close to broadway

No parking, no breakfast. Swimming pool small, pictures were exaggerating

Excellent experience from valet parking to check in and out. Loved the rooftop bar. Room super clean. Will be back!!

Loved the heavenly King room with the tall ceilings and views with the great bed. Staff was also great and bartenders in the bar area.

Staff was very accommodating.

Parked in lot staff recommended right outside lobby door. My vehicle and 17 others broken into and vandalized. Police report made. Cheap sheets, no fridge, coffee maker unusable, not a luxury hotel. I wouldn't stay here again if it was free.

Location and service at the front door

It could use some updating for the rate being paid. It should have a separate water closet.

Mold was in my room.manager stated was gone discount 50.00 and moved me up to another room ?. Haven?t seen the discount yet. But I will follow up.

The rooftop pool was not open and that was a disappointment, we were looking forward to using it.

I had to call every day about the heat¿they charged me 400$ deposit when the lady at front desk said they were authorizing my card for ---$ per night!!! Ask for manager he wasn¿t there¿ask for him the next day he was busy

The location was convenient to downtown and the view at night on the 26th floor of Belmont suite was beautiful.

Yes!! I booked the Belmont suite for the price of the room and the reputation of the Westin I was completely shocked and embarrassed we were out of HOT WATER from 6am-12 noon check out!! The front desk said they had a engineer working on it¿holes in couc

Room smelled like wet dirty towel. Pillow had that smell also, so didn¿t use the pillows.

Yes..they Double charged me..¿said there machine was messed up but had no problem charging my card..and the extra $187 for parking etc.. is ridiculous.

Location was wonderful

Most of our issues were staff related. Incredibly rude valet, who left our things outside instead of in a secured room. Staff lied about having a refrigerator available for us to use to store breastmilk. Very disappointing.

Location was decent, in close proximity to major things. Hotel lobby was decorated nicely. Room was above average on some things and way below on others. Not worth the price

The bed and the floor were about the same hardness. Cleanliness of the room was ok at best. Common area was super loud and crowded. Elevators were dirty and had empty beer cans in them. Getting in to the rooftop bar was a joke. Staff was a skeleton crew.

It was very loud and the beds were pretty hard. Expensive to park.
