    Pros +

    • Cleanliness, safety and decor
    • The cleanliness was great and smelled phenomenal.
    • Clean, quite and convenient to downtown for the price.

    Cons -

    • Our City View Room air conditioning wasn’t working at all. The mgr said that she would adjust it. When we returned the a/c still wasn’t working and felt more like a fan. We woke up to our room being 81 degrees. I told the front counter at checkout.
    • 5th floor lobby and separate elevators for lobby and rooms
    • There was a problem with the keycards for multiple guests checking in the same day we were, and while staff was trying their best to be accommodating, it was still frustrating after a very long flight to have to have a staff member let you into the room

The room was very comfortable and had nice upgrades. Small features such as led nightlights built into the plugs in the bath, pushbutton shower controls, comfortable linens and pillows, and daily turndown service. Also was THE MAN and so helpful

Very clean , staff was excellent. Great location to Broadway and attractions.

Must do valet parking at a price . Not told on site.

    Proximity to Broadway

    Noise - thin walls

The hotel was loud. The rooms were not insulated very well.

Really nice hotel. Staff were nice and the hotel is well-appointed.

I mistakenly thought this hotel was in or near Printers' Alley. It is not. That mistake is on me, but if you are looking for something that is smack in the middle of the town, this isn't it. The location isn't bad, actually, and it is only about a 10 minute walk to Broadway, but it is on the opposite side of Broadway from the actual Printers' Alley. Would I stay there again? Maybe? If I couldn't find a comparable place in the middle of town, between Broadway and the capitol building, which is really where you want to be if you are exploring downtown Nashville.

I loved the vibe of the hotel, although I didn't like the entrance much. Would have been nicer to have reception on the first floor instead of an empty room. Valets were not often available if you didn't use the app so it felt out of place for such a nice hotel otherwise.

Parking should be free/included, self-park should be an option for all hotel guests. We're already paying for parking downtown, a nice hotel room, etc. so the least you could do is provide an affordable parking option (<$30 for a night)

So beautiful ?Pizza amazing !Close to broadway !

    Needs a hottub !

    10PaulaPosted on: 10-16-2025

Very clean, close enough to Broadway, comfortable furniture.

    Paying separately for the valet.

The staff was very friendly, and we really enjoyed the rooftop and the location.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room never worked, and even after letting the staff know, the issue was never resolved. We were sweating every time we were in the room, which made the stay pretty uncomfortable.

    4AutumnPosted on: 9-18-2025

The staff was welcoming and pleasant throughout the stay, which made the overall experience more comfortable. The room, while small, was clean, and the bathroom was well maintained and nice. These touches helped balance out some of the other shortcomings of the property and showed that attention to cleanliness and hospitality was a priority.

On the other hand, there were several aspects that made the stay less enjoyable. Parking was limited to either an unsecured empty lot or valet service paid separately, which was inconvenient. The building itself was difficult to navigate, with construction at the entrance and the need to take an elevator just to reach the front desk. The room felt cramped—I could stretch from one bed to the other despite not being very tall—and the unfinished ceiling gave it an incomplete look. Additionally, there was no remote for the TV, no iron provided, and no solution available for these issues. Considering the price, these drawbacks outweighed the positives, and I would not choose to book again.
