- Clean, modern if you like that.
- Very Clean and well kept hotel with in walking distance of Broadway
- Friendly, helpful staff. Nice lobby, comfy beds, modern clean decor.
Cons -
- Not safe, cars were broken into in open lot next to and in the valet lot. Tiny rooms. Someone held at gun point right in front of hotel, no microwave in rooms and no continental breakfast. Have pay to park there. $50-$60.00 daily. Don’t stay here!
- no pool/hottub
- Wasn't clear on breakfast options.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice lobby, comfy beds, modern clean decor.
Lights were hard to figure out but no big deal. Pillows were all too huge. Would be nice to exchange a couple of the hard big pillows for some flatter soft ones in every room for diffferent preferences. Thanks.
The location is perfect. The staff was tremendous, especially Orlando.
It may be too late to do anything to quell the situation, but the street noise (mainly the popular, loud exhaust systems on local cars) was mildly disturbing during the night.
Cleanliness was great!
The cafe onsite had different things than were listed online. Parking cost seems high. There is plenty of parking, so unsure why so high.
You have the best bartenders I've ever dealt with. Orland was the best bartender manager ever. Always above and beyond and super personable.
Location was a little ghetto in surrounding area.
I just wanted to say thank you to our man at the front desk if it wasnt for him it wouldnt have been as amazing as it was to stay in Nashville. Forgive me but we have misplaced his name we had written down. Because of him we will stay there every single time we come to Nashville. He went above and beyond his duties and not just that made us smile. Thats after leaving unhappy staying at the Hilton downtown which was awful. No one smiled, they were rude and just the hospitality was missing. Leaves a bad taste in your mouth especially when your spending that kind of money to stay. It wasnt worth staying another night there and we sure are glad ee chose your hotel to stay another night in Nashville. I will say the rooms were even nicer in my opinion and was worth the money.
Clean and food was really good
Bar closes to early
Loved the room! It was at the end of the hall on a corner with floor to ceiling views of Nashville. The staff were all very friendly and professional! The security getting on and off the elevator was an added bonus
The hotel was new and modern.
They couldn’t find our reservation because you booked it under my guests name instead of mine. They also were going to charge me even though I had prepaid. They said you didn’t send over the virtual card for the payment I ga e to you. The girl at the check in did finally find the information. The next morning I went through theame issue while checking out. The man said he would take care of it and call me. I ended up calling him hours later to find out that he had found all the info he needed and I would not be charge even though they had put a pending charge on my credit card. He did not follow through with his promise to call me and the first girl did not attach the information she found to my reservation so had to go through the argument that I had already paid twice! I was not compensated in any way for the hassles so I would rate the customer service very poor and I will be careful in the future not to book anything through you. We were also not informed about the parking fees which were outrageous. Nearby parking garage would have been $105 /day and their valet parking was $60/ day which was the only other option.
Breakfast was okay , the location was misrepresented it wasn’t as close to Broadway and the strip as advertised
Didn’t have a good variety of food we had to leave to eat and if we wanted to go somewhere we had to uber
I had to pick up food pieces that were on the floor in my room at check in. It was along the bed.
Staff was amazing and helpful. Room was clean. The weekend we had gone was a quite busy one where there was a conference going on and the hotel was fully booked, this led to delays in getting clean towels before room service.
The hotel is kind of far from the main area in Broadway. IT's a good 15-20 minute walk, which in heels is pretty far.
The rooms were great, staff was very friendly. Everything was convenient. Loved having a water and ice machine outside of the room. Bedding was very comfy and shower was great. Great location to walk to downtown but still be able to get a quiet nights sleep. Short drive from the airport using Uber it was less than 20.00.
Was listed as city views but we were just looking at a giant apartment high rise.
The location was perfect for our night out! The room was perfect and clean! The shower and bathroom was spotless, and the bed was comfortable!
Everything was perfect!
It was not far from Broadway and the staff was very nice, and surprised my dad with goodies in the room, very much appreciated!
The location is very nice, the view is nice, and the room itself is very cozy. I really liked how the bathroom had an automatic nightlight so you dont have to blind urself by turning on every light in the middle of the night. It was a nice quality of life improvement. THe fellas at the bar were very kind so shout out those guys
The doors to the rooms did not lock, ever. I told the staff about this twice and they thought I was kidding. Literally every room on the 11th floor, you could just push the door and walk in, which is ridiculous. The issue was that halfway through the stay, one of the maids opened a window on the 11th floor, changing the air pressure. Because of this, when the doors would normally auto lock, they did not. They only soft closed, which meant anyone could just push the door and walk in. If you had your room cleaned, you would come back to an unlocked room. They also charged me 3x the price. I booked online and prepaid in full. When I arrived, they charged me for the entire stay again even though I showed them the receipt. This was fixed, but 3 to 4 days into the trip I noticed I was getting a daily $250 charge from Hyatt through Chase, which was about double the room cost. I went downstairs and asked why I was being charged, waited another 15 minutes while they troubleshot it, and they once again “fixed it.”If I didn’t have notifications on or wasn’t paying attention, I would have unknowingly paid 3x what I was supposed to. No one on the staff seemed to care until I asked for a late checkout and was told, “Ok, $50.” I replied, “I don’t want to give you more money,” and started walking back to my room to pack and leave. Only then did the manager take notice of my tone, and she was the first person during my 8 day stay who actually listened.Lastly, my room was never cleaned. Every day I left for a couple of hours during their cleaning window and told the front desk I was heading out and asked them to clean my room. Every day I came back to a dirty room exactly how I left it. One time the front desk even stopped me, checked my room, held me for about five minutes, then told me it was clean. I went upstairs to a dirty room exactly how I left it.
Nice room and comfortable bed. Staff upgraded our stay to a corner deluxe for no charge!!!
Nothing everything was great
Convenient location downtown.
Small room. Drinks at bar way too expensive.
