Lotus Inn and Suites Nashville

My original room did not have a microwave or tv or phone they had to move me and my door even though was locked I had to put a chair under it for safety because it was still cracked at the bottom

This hotel was not as described. Requested to change rooms becasue a/c was not working. Three rooms were checked and they were all in the same condition. There is horrific mold exposure, unsanitary conditions, and solicitors on the premises.

I just loved that there was what appeared to be blood stains on the wall as decoration, totally creative! I found it entertaining that the toilet ran all night long & flooded the bathroom, while front desk unstaffed no one answered the calls. Cont below

Continued from above. My absolute favorite part of my stay was that the beds failed as if we were sleeping on concrete and both myself and my roommate woke up the next morning in severe pain, as my roommate has had back surgery. Hotel stay from hell. 0/10

Everything was dirty door was broken it was a disgusting place and we couldn?t even get a refund

Nothing the room was unsecured that the door wouldn?t lock. The owner would not switch the room. I took videos and pictures of the room and checked out of the room early because of safety precautions.

I hated the overall experience at the Lotus. This should not be offered even as a low budget motel.

that i got out with out catching bed bugs. i didn?t get there until 1130 or 12 but when i walked in i just immediately felt nasty like I needed to take a shower when I walked in the bathroom and looked at the shower and the toilet there was no way in

hell i was getting in the shower i wasn?t even comfortable standing up and peeing I just grabbed my bag and walked back out and I slept in my truck

Horrible. Didn?t even stay. Was lied to and treated like a fool and robbed so far

All of it. Horrible person at the desk. Wouldn?t even switch my room after lying to me several times treatin me like a fool then wouldn?t do a refund when all I did was leave like as soon as I got it and realized I was lied to

the mold and peeling paint on the ceiling, the cigarette holes in the bedspread, the surprise 20 cash deposit required at checkin, the towels that smelled like ashtrays

Sheets where not clean when the front desk to ask for more and he told me they don?t give extra sheets the ones on the bed had spots

I booked a non-smoking room, after looking at the reviews and seeing good ones. The front desk person was rude, and the room was horrible. Mold in the bathroom, the sheets looked like they hadn?t been washed in weeks, and weird and random stains all over.

Nothing. It was dirty. Poorly maintained. And bug invested. The door wouldn't even close correctly.

The whole scenario at the hotel reminds one of the prison set one sees in most movies. The room was worse than a dungeon, smells of urine, cigarette, and stale sweat.

Roaches, scummy and wouldn?t refund money eventhough I never showed up because of how dirty it is and tried to cancel

The first room was hot. The air conditioner didn?t work!!! The second room stunk like cigarettes!!! The third room I took it. When I got up the next morning there were about 15 roach bugs in my room!!!!! I told the manager and he wasn?t concerned at all!!

It wasn't a good experience at all the door would not shut all the way the bathtub was disgusting the TV didn't really work the floors looked like they haven't been clean.

The hotel had no water. The ceiling was leaking dirty sheets covers pillows. Walls fridge raider was nasty microwave was dirty floors were nasty. It was horrible. This place needs to be shut down.
