Motif Hotel on Nashville's Music Row

The location was great and the style of the rooms great

Hard seems to be the keyword . Hard to get anyone to answer the phone or email, and the couch and bed both were like laying on concrete. The parking garage is only 6 ft high entrance so most big trucks won’t fit. We finally found parking on the street.

I loved the open concept of the room. The appliances if needed were there and full size. Staff were very pleasant

Our room temp was on 73/72 the entire time and would not get cooler. Let front desk know they said they would check it which I believe they did but it never changed. Very stuffy and too warm for us.

Clean. Modern. Good location overall but a little far from Downtown

There was an issue with the door to my room where it did not shut completely and could only be locked using the deadbolt. I told the staff about the issue and they made little to no apologies.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I had a reservation piggybacking off a friend's reservation and they were very kind letting me stay in the same room instead of having to check out and back in again. The space was comfortable and clean too.

Roomy 2BR, limited free parking but has paid parking,only coffee in morning and the one morning I went to get some it was empty and no staff in site

We arrived at 3 p.m., an hour before the scheduled 4 p.m. check-in time. Even though our room was ready, we were told we couldn't check in early without paying a $50 fee due to their policy. This seemed unnecessary to us.

The valet was expensive and we had to download an app the second we got to the hotel, after a 9 hr drive. It didn’t work and we just wanted to check in. The valet was not very friendly and the front desk said he has no control over it. It was not good customer service.

The location is a bit far from anything should have a shuttle

ROOM WAS LIKE AN APARTMENT AND WE LOVED THE SPACE. STAFF WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND WE LOVED THE LOCATION. MUSIC ROW IS THE WAY TO GO! WE WILL DEFINATELY BE RETURNING TO NASHVILLE AND WILL STAY AT THE MOTIF.

The Customer service Lady that worked yesterday morning was rude.She didn't smile, had a horrible attitude.And I don't know how someone in her position would act so unfriendly.

No sheets on the sofa bed!!!I was not able to login on to internet or tv. Staff was not helpful!

Parking.. paying to park after you have already paid to say somewhere is crazy to me.. also, be sure that you are aware of the $250 room fee once you arrive. other than that it was a really nice and clean stay! We will definitely come back!
