No microwave not enough drawers and shelf space bathroom door to heavy and ridiculous

Very modern and helpful staff

Mobile data is almost non existent but the hotel WiFi helps a little

The hotels didn?t have a nice smell and if that improves, I feel like their ratings would shoot up. Also, the lighting, especially in the sink mirrors is terrible. I couldn?t even blend my make up well. It was bad

I was charged even though i prepaid the room and the rooms didnt have irons or anything in them and the room was super small!!!!!

The beauty of the hotel.

Customer service. One of my rooms were given away. A double charge is on my credit card statement and was promised it would be refunded in 3 business days.

I was robbed twice by this hotel under the guise of incidental fees. After being told the hold 150, I was layer informed it should only be 30% of the initial stay. Furthermore, I have not been refunded for either stay, in which I was charged 134 and 174.

The view outside the windows, I could see into other rooms which means that they can see into mine.

Ultra modern decor was different but really nice

Many of the staff were very unprofessional and down right rude at times. I am sure they were very stressed and short staffed with it being during the ice storm (we had to stay as we were stuck after our flight landing in Nashville) but several things happened that made our stay incredibly uncomfortable and struck me as odd. One, we were told we couldn’t pull up to the front door because they were clearing some ice. I argued with them and said I was not making my 8 year old, 4 year old, and myself carrying a 1 year old, walk across their parking lot that was covered in ice. A very nice man in a suit agreed and helped us get in, and get our luggage in. He was wonderful! Two, our room was not ready when we arrived at 6:30pm. We had to wait for almost an hour in the lobby with a screaming, exhausted 1 year old. When I mentioned I wasn’t sure why we were able to book if the room was not available, I was given an attitude by the front desk staff.Three, around 8:30pm the front desk staff knocks loudly on our door, announces herself as “front desk” and then without pause, proceeds to try to bust down our door. Thankfully, we had the bolt already on, and she was unable to enter, but it made a loud banging noise. Our kids were in bed and it woke them up/scared them. Also, if the bolt was not on, that would be incredibly invasive to have someone just enter our hotel room. Our room phone rang shortly after, and when we answered no one was there. I called the front desk from my cell phone and she explained that she was “checking to see if anyone was in there because we weren’t in the computer”…Four, around 1:30am power tools were being used in the hallway for who knows what. But again, it was very loud and we were woken up. Five, when we went to check out we had THREE separate charges from the hotel- two of which were a higher price than what we paid on booking.com.

Cleanliness, setup and courtesy/politeness of employees

It would have been perfect if they had Free continental breakfast. I didn't like the idea of paying for breakfast.

Easy to find with GPS, clean rooms

No water pressure at all, thin walls so I could hear the man next door and he wasn’t being overly loud

Disappointed

Room smelled like feces & cigarette smoke. Shower had dirt on floor. Room was not clean. Coffee had been spilt on bathroom counter. Refrigerator had something spilled in it . When I checked in staff did not greet me. He did not ask if he could help me . I stood at desk waiting to be helped. He acted like he didn’t want to be there. He did not know I had 2 rooms. Coffee in lobby was not good . Cream was not fresh

Roomy, clean, staff was friendly.

A couple lights were out in the room which wasn’t convenient. Someone messed with the ice machine nozzle so ice wouldn’t come out. Asked front desk to see if it could be fixed. Was told to use another floors ice machine.

incidental charge to my credit card is confusing. I did not use it, was charged $75.00, but was never reimbursed. I was charged on the card and have not yet been refunded.

Location

First arrived no staff around for 10 mins. I walked around to see if I was in the right place, took the elevator to the second floor seeing if maybe I was on the wrong floor, walked outside to see if I went into the wrong entrance, wound up calling from outside a second time and talking to somebody who then arrived on the floor. My neighbor was extremely loud and someone whether it was my neighbor to the left or right was smoking marijuana. It filled my room.

The staff were very nice and welcoming! Not to far from Broadway!

It’s up on a hill. Had a room facing the pool but it was full of leaves since it’s closed

It was Perfect in every way! Terrific Staff, GREAT amenities, good food and terrific bar with Live Music!! I will DEFINITELY stay here again and recommend it to everyone I know!!

Convenient for my stay

The properties fine. The issue was that I was charged twice and it took them at least three weeks to refund me.
