The pet rooms are used even if you have a service dog . smells of dog .
Location was great.
The hotel sits next to a bar that has live music outdoors. We were on the side next to the bar and the music was playing until midnight on a weekday. Bed was a little stiff but overall it was a clean facility and the price was good for the location.

Disgustingly dirty-floors are black, garbage and dirty food in microwave- music all night as you’re in parking lot of a club plays live loud music from 11 am to 2 am- you will get no sleep in a dirty disgusting room.
This hotel is conveniently located to several bars with live music and the grand ole opry , and several restaurants, the room was great as well as the staff , they also have a shuttle to downtown and the opry
Downstairs neighbors were outside all hours of the day and night in their lawn chairs hanging out and smoking At one point, they even set a tent up in the parking lot.
The room was very clean and efficient.
The hotel is located in an older part of the Opry complex, so there are bars close by, making security seem important.
