Their hands off approach to customer service. We had to do everything ourselves, including put the sheet on our bed that we realized night 1 didn't have.

Great location, suite was good size.

Bed was kind of small and there were not blackout window coverings (given how much light there was outside the building this was not a small issue).

Amazing hotel. Far exceeded my expectations. Will absolutely be back and would recommend staying in the Nashville area. Great stay.

Instructions and signage is vague. Hard to get in and find the kiosk to check in. The facility was ok, lose the carpet, it's nasty. Not worth what we paid to stay.

Location close to downtown

Not even a mirror in the room, no cleaning theough stay. No trash cans?

The apartment suite was big and roomy, very clean and exceeded our expectations . We need it to be close to music city center, it was a very short walk. Great for nightlife as well not far from the busier downtown life but still a short walk away and it’s nice and quiet.

Location, size

It needs more attentive cleaning staff. Stains on the bed, hair in the bathroom. I had issues getting into the property to check in and contacting support. Be careful.

We initially did not plan to leave a review, but the experience we had on the day of our departure unfortunately changed our minds.After a three-night stay at your hotel, we were very surprised and disappointed to be refused a simple coffee at 11:05 a.m., just five minutes after the official check-out time, while we were quietly waiting for our Uber in the lobby. What made this even more disappointing is that during our entire stay, we never helped ourselves to the coffee or even the water that was available in the lobby. Refusing us a single coffee at that moment felt unnecessarily strict and lacking basic hospitality and consideration toward departing guests.In addition, several negative points affected our stay:A very strong and persistent garbage smell in the corridor leading to our apartment, noticeable for a long distance, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic.The absence of blackout curtains, causing us to wake up very early with the daylight.A dirty table and some kitchen utensils upon arrival, which raises concerns about the overall cleanliness and housekeeping standards.These issues do not reflect the level of comfort and service one would expect.We hope this feedback will be taken into account to improve the experience for future guests.

Loved the location, the size of the unit and how equipped it was in general. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Lots of noise coming in from the outside. Unfortunately we were woken almost every night by garbage trucks emptying the garbage at around 1am and then drunk residents running the halls around 3am. Not the hotels fault but they might consider better sound proofing in the future.

No internet in unit. Low water pressure. Uncomfortable bed

Nice clean rooms and convenient location , an easy 10 minute walk to Broadway and other attractions. Also the parking was easily accessible and cheaper than most places near Broadway

We liked the wonderful staff, the fact that the hotel stepped up for the local community with discounted rates in the wake of the massive electrical outage and freezing temperatures caused by Winter Storm Fern, our hotel apartment and amenities, and the convenient location with easy access to major streets and highways.

Although we really liked our kitchen and made good use of it, we could have used a couple of saute pans. We also felt like we had to pester the front desk folks a little too much to make sure we were using the washer and dryer and dishwasher correctly. I tried to use the guidebook and chat features in the app and would highly recommend adding those instructions to your app, even if I'm a simplified form. Thanks for considering!

I loved the homey feel. The convenience of having an attached garage was great even though it was a pay lot ?. Being reasonably priced and pet friendly were life savers for all of us impacted by the power outages.

Paying for parking was the biggest issue. The only other thing was the mattress and my back were not friends. I realize you can't customize mattresses for each guest.

I thought everything was great with the stay, The security for the area was very good.

The one side table in the bedroom did not work, the plugs for charging did not work at all. By the end of the stay there was an odd smell of either pet urine or toilet backing up in the closet.

Both the tub and the sink had not been cleaned and the sheets on the bed were torn. These issues were not addressed until the next day.

The location is what sold me. Boardway is a short walk away

Check in: even though I had my confirmation email and text they couldn’t find my reservation. Staff not very friendly and took a long time to figure out how to get me a room.Room: blood stain on bedroom carpet. Hair in bath tub.
