Everything. Felt top notch everywhere I went, and was nothing but the best. Valet drivers made me feel great coming in and the place gave me away sense of awe the second I came in. Front desk was awesome and I really liked how they gave us a phone number to talk to about any questions for feelings about the place.

Nothing. Whole place was great but if I had to be picky the restaurant on the top wasn’t open yet. I know that will make the whole place even better. The main floor restaurant was everything but eating up top watching the city sounds amazing

Traveling through USA and this is one of best value for money hotels so far. Staff friendly & knowledgeable. Hotel has a free shuttle for short distances, thus no need to stay in chaotic Broadway area.

Valet parking a bit overpriced, given the ample public parking available.

The bathroom was very nice. I’ve never seen a square toilet

Housekeeping didn’t check the body wash and we ran out. It took forever to get more brought back up.

The hotel had a modern industrial feel. The staff was friendly and somewhat helpful. Housekeeping was excellent! The hotel bar was also excellent. And we enjoyed the water stations. Breakfast was good as well. Location was good with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Just a coincidence I'm sure, but the internet was down when we tried to check in. We dropped our bags at a friend's room and checked in later. The fire alarm went off while we were at the bar one evening. Again, not necessarily the hotels' fault, but annoying still. The coffee machine in the room was nice, but the coffee cups were too small for the larger pods. The lighting in the rooms was a little confusing (three-way switches maybe?) The motion detection will turn on the bathroom lights, which is great at night, but it'll go out while you're in the shower. And there were no luggage carts when we went to leave. Also, the valet parking is $50 per night!!! So, we parked in a parking garage down the street.

Fantastic staff, clean efficient front desk, awesome food, bar, and seating inside or out. Valet parking at anytime. They take care of their guests maybe 2 minute wait time. Cheerful and friendly, and know the area. Made suggestions on places to go. ROOM is beautiful, quiet and clean and they come everyday. Supplies in the room is well stocked and comfortable beds and chairs. I recommend Canopy Hilton to anyone the best in Tennessee. You wont be sorry. Walking to shops places to see. They have also a car to take you too. Silo the restaurant excellent French toast. And reasonably priced. SHARLEETA, AND KAYLA HELPED ME WHILE I WAS THERE EXCELLENT FRONT DESK.

I liked everything. The room had a snack and beverage drawer. It did not have a microwave..but you didnt need it cause the restaurant has awesome food. And the staff are cheerful. It is a fun place has exercise equipment etc.. no complaints

Best hotel we stayed in on our trip. From friendly, welcoming staff to spacious, modern rooms this hotel was great and has a real buzz about it in the heart of the vibey Gulch.
