    Pros +

    • The rooms were big and clean, the staff was very friendly.
    • The hotel was close to Broadway. The staff were all very attentive and friendly. The room was clean.
    • It was very modern, had a lot of nice amenities. The rooms have a kitchenette equip with essentials for cooking and dining in room. I’ve never stayed anywhere like this. There is a bar in house in the same lobby as the registration desk. Their breakfast was very well put together. The parking attendance were some of the best part about this stay. We have a long bed F350 and we didn’t fit in the parking garage. They left our truck in the main entrance and watched it overnight for us. It’s a diesel and because of the cold it didn’t want to start and they went out of their way to get us on our way the next morning.

    Cons -

    • The guy working on Friday daytime, February 20 was the rudest guy working at any hotel in the world. Not only did he stepped in to cut me in line for a coffee at breakfast time, he called my room to yell at me for check out at 11 while my time was 12.
    • The booking listed parking as one of the amenities, however parking is not included and is valet only which cost $60. This would have influenced my decision to book this location.
    • The staff and room.

It is hidden in a way, from the Main Street there isn’t a sign for this property but a sign that says canopy for the neighboring hotel. If it wasn’t for google we wouldn’t have found it. The fridge and freezer in the room are supposed to be hooked up to water and have ice but they were not and there isn’t and ice machine on the floor. We called the front desk and they got us ice but it was an oversight on the property manager.

I found the location excellent. The breakfast was good, but there could be more fruit options.

I found the lighting in the room very poor; in my case, the lamp to the right of the bed wasn't working, which made it even worse.

This is a beautiful new hotel in a very nice part of town. The city view from room ok nice but the view from the check in lobby was wonderful.

It wasn’t until after booking I realized there was only a valet parking option that cost an extra $50 a night.

Very spacious, friendly front desk, free breakfast.

It appeared that the staff was limited. I was able to get concerns addressed by contacting the Canopy main desk, no dedicated staff to Homewood. The shower was challenging as the door didn't stay closed

Location to great restaurants and live music walking distance.

    Nothing. New hotel .

Great location to explore Nashville downtown. Room with city view was worth it. Good breakfast.

Minor things… e.g. some breakfast items were running out early. Overall the rates are very high.

The rooms were spacious, very clean, the gym was excellent, breakfast was delicious and the staff was amazing!

The bartender was super nice but not so honest. I added a Pic of the bartender so you know who was adding her own additional tip to our credit card.

The bartender was super nice but not so honest. I gave her a $25 on a $122 bill and she added an additional $25 on to the bill after we left. I guess she didn't agree that the tip i have her was good enough so after running my card she added another tip. Not happy about that at all.

The property is in the perfect location, downtown Nashville tons of fine dining around plenty of night life. Parking garage right near the hotel is awesome as well.

0 negative things to say about my stay.

    9BarrettPosted on: 11-10-2025

Breakfast was good with a lot of options. You have all of your breakfast items that you might normally eat. Biscuit and gravy option may be a good option to add.

Liked everything but the room key was not working at the time so the front desk had to et us in our room. We came back later that evening and the key was working. A minor inconvenience but really not that bad as everrything else was excellent.

    10Brian R.Posted on: 10-28-2025

The room was absolutely FANTASTIC! Totally loved the decor and layout. Terrific value! Highly, highly recommended.

Breakfast closed too soon at 9:30, should stay open later, say 10:30 or 11:00 AM.

No bath tub. Extra 125.00 for parking took an hour to check in. Took a while to get the car from valet.

    10MeredithPosted on: 10-23-2025

Very open room with appliances and tools included. Quite.

Farther from downtown than anticipated, decent 20 minute walk. Doordash and ubers also had semi-difficult time finding the place.

    5ArnoldPosted on: 10-19-2025

    Room was nice.

Parking was the worst. Pay high price or you had to park down the street. Drop off in front of hotel was very small and congested.

    10DerrickPosted on: 10-12-2025

Room was very nice and spacious and I wish I had more time to relax, we were in town for a music event so we didn't get to hang at the hotel much. Breakast was really good adn the staff were courteous.
