location was ok, and room was fine

#1. supposed to have paid all fees and taxes, yet get charged daily for parking.#2. Breakfast.NON EXISTANT Sunday Had gravy, no bread, no eggs at 9:00...asked and gentleman told me they were out..had chocolate milk Monday had eggs, waffles batter broken

Beautiful design and modern.

On the day our room was supposed to be serviced we left at 9:45am and came back to the room at 2pm and it was not completed.

New, modern, and clean. Friendly staff

Getting in and out of the parking lot was a little tricky. No great signage from the street.

Exceeded my expectations. The room, bathroom, and shower were clean and modern. The small kitchenette came in very handy and we definitely appreciated having a full size refrigerator.

Parking was a little bit of a pain and the spots are small. Even though there were plenty of EV chargers, you could only charge for 1.5 hours for free.

The cleanliness of the room, and location

Breakfast was the worst complementary ¿hot breakfast¿ we¿ve ever had. The eggs and sausage were cold. Coffee at a gas station is better than the one offered. A disappointment, we chose to not eat there after our 2nd nights stay.

The girl at check in was wonderful. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen with refrigerator and microwave and sink are great. This is a great place for several days.

There is not one thing that we noticed or experienced that was a negative, or that was lacking in any way. We could not have asked for a better, cleaner, well staffed location to spend a few days and use as our homebase to bump around Nashville.

Employees were great!

Housekeeping was spotty. We were mot told upon check-in that we had to request housekeeping services. Kitchenette faucet was broken. Housekeeping girl rinsed dishes that were in the dishwasher ready to be cleaned. She did not use any soap-just rinsed.

The hotel was immaculately clean. It was easy to access from the interstate and close to our doctors appointment. Free breakfast was great and the rooftop hotel was a bonus.

Paying for parking stinks - especially when there is no transportation provided to downtown Nashville or even to Vanderbilt campus. Also this particular hotel wasnt close enough to walk to a lot of things especially in the heat.

Our room was perfect for us and our animals to stay in. Plenty of space and wonderful accommodations.

You can only park in a parking garage so anyone with larger vehicles can be difficult. The staff was so friendly and let us keep our truck and trailer attached under the entrance.

Room was decent sized, everything was clean, staff was friendly, shampoo/conditioner and soap in showers.

Clean room , comfortable bed , close to park , and French restaurant behind hotel was great

Parking was under ground no elevator into lobby habe to walk outside garage to lobby . If it¿s cold or raining don¿t forget anything , not far or anything just wish for elevator to kiddy or inside hotel access

Clean, shampoo and soap dispensers in the bathroom, real dishes to use as well as a table to eat at.

You have to use your hotel key to get into the breakfast room. You have to pay $30 for parking

Extremely clean! Kind and friendly staff, very helpful. Easy to order food from the restaurant on the second floor. Delicious free breakfast. AMAZING location. Convenient and safe underground parking. Will definitely be back!!
