Pros +

There was a Waffle house, McDonald's and Subway in walking distance.
The ease of getting into and out of the room from the car. I also liked the ease of access to the interstate.
It was spacious and roomy

Cons -

Smoke came through the vents, thumping through the night, something was leaking, was always condensation. They would knock then just enter, even when we would say something luckily we would have the safety latch on otherwise the man would have walked in.
The neighborhood seemed a little unsettling after dark.
