- Very disappointed Very dirty we ended up going to another hotel. Unacceptable for a hyatt. We were unable I’m unable to get a refund.
- This hotel is old and outdated. For $--- a night (including tax) this hotel had old TV, rusted door hinges, ceiling in the lobby falling down. It really needs updating.
- The front lobby had been destroyed by a leak. The hotel was really dated for Hyatt Place - not in great shape.
