I really enjoyed the older interior design, not the sleek/cheap looking furniture they put in other hotels. The location was terrific!
The room was very clean. No odd smells. I like the traditional design of the common areas. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and I loved that there was a library with a variety of books. Wish I'd had more down time.
The staff were friendly but not overly friendly. I liked that it had a microwave in the room.

Cons -

The bed was way too hard for me.
Parking around the back is somewhat limited (and tight) if the main level lot is full.
The windows did not open and I like fresh air. I didn't like my rooms view of the alley.

The pictures don't do it justice. It has been renovated and is a nice hotel. Clean, neat, breakfast was good. The staff was really nice.

Didn't like that my room was beside the elevator but that was all.

Very friendly staff; quick to get room keys and get settled into room.

Location felt kind of tucked in the back of the area but not a huge problem.

The staff were fantastic! They were very helpful. The location was great. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very nice. The pool was very refreshing and clean. Overall great time. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy access to road parking and attractions

I thought it was a little over priced for 2 1/2 star hotel.

Excellent location, easy to get to downtown Nashville, Franklin for a day trip, and close to a great mall . Bluebird cafe close as well :) wonderful breakfast with variety .
