Great location, staff and experience

we thought that the restaurant was pricey, but just okay. We would not recommend going there.

The staff was excellent. Technology in the rooms was good.

No refrigerator was available in the room

This hotel was amazing. The room was beautiful and the staff was professional and courteous. Everything was perfect from the food, to the service. A first rate experience. I will definitely be back.

The staff was amazing! From the moment we arrived we felt special. And the friendliness and that level of service continued throughout our stay. The way out rooms were cleaned was exceptional. The quality of the shampoo and lotion was top notch.

I could not believe the pool closed at 8:30. Really?! An after dinner swim or jacuzzi is something I have looked forward to at other hotels. The fact that this pool closed so early was baffling.

Will never book with this hotel again!

This hotel was rude and disrespectful. My flight was delayed and I didn¿t make it, they charged me for the night and wouldn¿t even move it to the next night. I went and got a hotel somewhere else because they were so rude and unwilling to do anything.

Air conditioner wasn¿t working properly, put us in a room on lowest floor right near the elevator despite having plenty of availability, there was an old bandage on the floor and hair on the comforter, cleaning lady knocked on door ar 8:30am checkout da

Everything about this hotel is absolutely stellar! The service, lobby, the lobby SCENT (oh my I cannot say enough about this one), and the room were all so impressive. Nobody along the way made me feel pressured to tip them, but they made me want to!

This is something they cannot change, but it¿s about a 20 minute walk from Broadway. However, the cocktail bar waiting for us on the third floor more than made up for the long walk!

Beautiful hotel in a great location.

Understaffed, the mini bar was held together with velcro, the valet code given to us did not work, a 30 minute wait for our car, and a room/hall without power or emergency lighting. Multiple attempts to reach Conrad and Hilton about this were ignored.

Service was outstanding. Every employee I encountered was exemplary. Room was clean and modern.

I was taken aback by the very large drag queen draped in a pride flag along with a photographer in the lobby on Saturday 6/3/23. If I had known this situation would have presented itself I would have chosen another hotel.

First night of a stay is usually a difficult sleep experience. The bed was extremely comfortable and there were no problems getting a good night's sleep for the single night we stayed.

I like how clean it was and the view of the room.

I would've like that the pool to be heated or indoor to be able to use it even during winter
