It dirty, the pool was filthy, the grill broken down a nasty, no pots to cook ect…

Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was better then any other hotel breakfast. Quiet nice and quiet.

Check-in desk attendant was friendly and he tried hard to ensure my satisfaction for problems that were not his responsibility. Hotel management was responsive, courteous and helpful while respectfully addressing the issues that occurred.

Airport shuttle not available - mechanical problems. Could not return rental car to rental facility upon arrival requiring parking on property for which I was charged . No TV service

Front desk people were great. The breakfast was good.

The A/C was loud, there was repairs that needed to be done on the sliding closet door( one door missing) and there was molding around the floor of the A/C unit that was peeling off just hanging on the floor.

The front desk staff was very friendly and the general manager was exceptional.

The listing for this hotel did not mention that it was under construction. If we had known, we most likely would not have stayed here. Note that there is a $5 parking fee.

Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast was nice. Room was spacious. Water pressure was great and there was a ceiling fan.

Very limited parking. Maybe because under construction, construction workers vehicles taking space. No USB on clock or light on bedside table. Once the hotel is remodeled and updated will be a 5star hotel.

Location was great, staff was okay.

Breakfast was terrible. Watered down pancake mix, watered down oatmeal! They even watered the gravy down! Sausage was hard as a rock. Rooms could definitely use a good deep clean, ripped couch lots of stains in the room and the eating area.

Staff and rooms were great! Only issue was not knowing how to work the shower which was somewhat an us issue but Ryan helped and didn't make us feel like dumb asses lol. Would recommend to others for sure. Great hot breakfast buffet but early done by 9am.

The staff, location and size of the suite.

The toilet needs repaired. Reported problem with backup upon arrival & a staff member rectified. Toilet ran all night. Would not flush appropriately. Reported again in the A.M., housekeeper called, no maintenance available. Issue extended thru stay.

Quiet with no distractions! Breakfast hours were good and food was good!

Parking should be free to guests. Would like to see Showers upgraded with enclosed Glass rather than curtains! All hotels should have the higher up commodes now and not just in handicapped rooms!

Room was worn out. Drawers couldn¿t close and bed was difficult to sleep in

The location and the ease to get to and from the venue was good.

Although the room was pretty clean, the furniture (couch/chair) are in need of repair/replacment. Cushion cover were torn and frazzled.

Convenient location and enjoy having a small kitchen in the room.

The only reason I gave a 9 out of 10 is the parking. If you get back to the room late, it is difficult to find parking.

The handicap accessible room was located at the back door making it really nice for my sister who has mobility challenges.

There were a few things not working in the room: the tv remote in the bedroom and water was draining really slow in the bathroom sink. Thankfully the light bulb in the kitchen blew out as we were leaving. Also, the card reader at the back not working.

It was a great location for the airport.

The airport shuttle didn¿t start until 0700. Before booking, I called to see if I could leave my car there during my trip and was told yes. On checking in, was told there would be a $10/day charge for doing so. They waived it, but nothing said on call.

Easy and friendly check in. Access to coffee station 24 hours a day. Breakfast included

Had to go to front desk in order to get fresh towels each night we were there. Had to find housekeeping to ask to have our garbage removed. Maybe this is a COVID thing but received no instructions about these things at check in

Jets were going right over the roof of the Hotel every ten minutes for at least 45 minutes when we checked in. Very loud.

It sufficed as a place to stay.

The room was very dirty and broken-down. The sink in the kitchen leaked underneath, so the water could not be run. The garbage disposal was also broken and simply would not turn on. The shower curtain had large holes ripped all through the top of it.
