The location is great, and the facilities are nice.
The booking process did not mention the $25+Tax Destination Charge per night. They force you to buy stuff from their coffee shop/restaurant, which has very few and expensive options.

The housekeeping staff and valet are the only redeeming quality this has hotel has. The breakfast buffet has good options, and the hotel restaurant having nightly entertainment is a plus.
All other staff are rude and dismissive. Simple questions and requests are made to feel like I am bothering them. The front desk in particular, every person I interacted made it clear they did not want to be there. I had stayed here in April of this year and had the same experience, I foolishly thought it would be a one time thing but sadly is was not.

Location, walking distance to all the bars and restaurants. Complimentary breakfast, happy hour everyday from 5-7pm. Would definitely stay there again,
Elevators too slow, parking is a rip off considering the amount you’re already spending for the room.

Location fantastic, food fantastic, room and hotel very clean and comfortable
Taxes on bar drinks were extremely high in comparison to other restaurants we dined at

Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was in walking distance to Broadway. The buffet breakfast was very good. The happy hour was was a nice perk!
They were having problems with half of their elevators not working- so getting an elevator was sometimes a 15-25 minute wait!

Lovely stay in downtown Nashville. Near many other hotels, and walking distance to many restaurants and bars.
