Clean, good service, good location

ice machine was broken.

All of the staff was friedly,professional,and courteous. Every area of Candlewood was very clean and organized. We were pleased with our room and we enjoyed our two night stay.Thank you.

No complaints at all!

We got the Superior King Suite, King bed w/ full kitchen. It was roomy, clean, the kitchen was great especially for a week long stay. Front desk was very helpful when we arrived. It was an exceptionally clean hotel and the pros def outweighed the cons.

It¿s right next to a railroad switch yard which can be extremely loud. The toilet is extra short, I¿m 5¿3¿ my knees hurt after our 1 week stay. The cleaning staff did not speak english, but I used a translator app. The water pressure was unfortunate.

The hotel and rooms were clean and nice. The staff was very friendly.

The location is bad. It is situated next to a train substation of some sort and there were train cars constantly clanging and brakes squeaking day and night.

Everyththing about our stay was wonderful. The hotel is only a short drive to Downtown Nashville making it convenient to just about anywhere one might to go. Getting an Uber to and from the hotel was super easy too.

Our room was right next to the train tracks. My partner said the trains woke him a few times throughout the night.

I would have liked some types of breakfast available (muffins, snack bars, juice machines) that are typically available elsewhere.

The room upgrade after finding a massive amount of mold in my room, but it wasn¿t worth the respiratory risk.

There was a MASSIVE amount of mold in my room and the hotel has only been open for 3 months!! Horrible! The staff is inconsiderate as well!

This review is for Nashville North hotel since Nashville South was not opened for business and my reservation was moved to North. Big room and decently decorated.

My reservation was moved from the original hotel to its sister hotel in Nashville North, about 18 minutes away bc hotel was not opened for business yet. Other than that, the Nashville North hotel is OK. Huge room but in a weird office area.

Towels had some stained spots on them. Not that they were not washed but just gives the appearance of them being dirty.

The rooms were large and clean

This was the best hotel Ive stayed at and i travel a lot for work.

Outlet by bed was not working. Not their fault, but ours, we weren't aware there was no breakfast. They didnt tell us that upon check in either. I had a drs appointment early and didnt have time to go out to eat.

The property was nice and the beds were clean

The windows were filthy. There is a rail yard next to the hotel, so expect noise all the time.

The location, hotel was clean and quiet.

Streaming options were not available. Tub plug didn’t work well so, water didn’t drain when taking a shower.

Very clean and comfortable. We were only there for 1 night but it had a very nice kitchenette. Location was good for getting around Nashville.
