Staff was GREAT! Location for our visit was GREAT could easily walk to sites we were interested in! Very accommodating with valet parking
Location is perfect and within walking distance to Broadway.
Walking back to the room at night was a little scary. Lots of drug activity and homeless.
Very clean
Traffic was a nightmare around the hotel. We missed the turn into the hotel on a late Thursday night, and it literally took over 40 minutes to go back around and figure out where we were supposed to park.
It has a boutique vibe. Employees are happy to be there!!! Decor was its own statement and the ambiance is an experience of its own. Such a great hotel!!!
I can¿t think of anything. Fantastic stay.
Location, room ambiance, friendly staff.
Location
Parking is a joke. Staff is ok, not great, room is noisy and small
Loved the restaurant and bar. Brunch was fantastic.
There was no top sheet on the bed, only a really thick comforter. The a/c would only go as low as 65 so we got pretty hot over night.
The Staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful, it was my first time and the city. They helped with places to visit, eat and nightlife.
Location
No microwave and housekeeping was no available daily.

The location.
Yes. We had major billing discrepancies that occurred during and after our trip. I came close to contacting law enforcement.
Lack of PARKING!!! Also, the excessive taxation in Nashville ?
Everything was very nice. The hair dryer was excellent.
The location was perfect. We were able to walk to all the things we wanted to do.
