The mattress in the room seemed a little worn out. My wife and I had back pain the next morning.

The free shuttle that goes downtown. Only suggestion would be to find a way to run it longer for the ones that go to the stadium concerts that get out late

On the last day, the waffle machine wasn?t working properly and I said something to the staff and they blew me off and said there was nothing they could do without even looking at it or trying to help

It was clean and lived up to the level expected for such a Hilton hotel.

The fact that you had to pay parking and the nonchalant, non welcoming attitude of the staff during check in. It was as if we were a bother to him.

Breakfast was great, clean, comfortable

Breakfast was supposed to be served at 600 am according to the card I was given. Went to eat but we're told it wasn't going to open til 630. I specifically checked the card so that we could time out departure after breakfast. Also comforter very thin.

Clean and comfortable room. Well appointed, with place to work and eat, usb ports on nightstand. Large fridge. Comfortable bed.

Breakfast was sub standard. The oatmeal was runny and tasteless. Only small fake creamers for the coffee. No hard boiled eggs or other high protein offerings besides yogurt. Bagels were stale.

Maids only clean up every other day. Have to re-use towels and rags. Clean towels and rags are not provided daily. Breakfast options could be better.

The pull out bed mattress was only wires covered with a thin cloth

TV selection package. Need to update to current times. Same shows are repeated on many channels

New and clean! Pet friendly, too.

Break was just okay. Breakfast sandwich and danish both dry. Did not have time to try anything else.

Everything!! Hotel is super clean, room was amazing. Nice and big, super clean and modern. Great kitchen so we¿ll done. My new go to Hotel. Plus a drive thru Starbucks, up the Street.

Absolutely, nothing wrong with the hotel.

They had a sister hotel that would shuttle their guests downtown free. Also, just the spacious room, clean, with the refrigerator, suite, etc. Very nice. We will be back. :)

Room clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Would definitely want to stay again if in the area.

The breakfast options could have been more diverse. Did not like to crack and peel the hard boiled eggs.
