Helpful, friendly staff. Good size rooms with solid showers. Nice pool and gym. In general breakfast was quite good. When there was live music in the lounge area it was really enjoyable.

The infrequency of housekeeping. The bar has very few food/snack options in the evening. In-room coffee poor quality.

Rooms were dirty. Staff were less than helpful. Hotel was noisy at night

Clean and comfortable. Convenient location.Great water pressure. Additionally, Shakera , the manager went above and beyond to fix a room issue. Because we were told no double queens were left we were put in a king room. I booked the double queens in September!Shakera immediately jumped in and provided understanding and a cost adjustment to make up for the mix up. Now I’m just waiting for Booking to refund

Roomy, comfortable room. Very fresh and clean. Excellent breakfast. Very safe parking and secure building.

Daily parking fee is quite high for the amount you also pay for the room. Not enough towels for two people. Should at least be 4.

I loved the aesthetics of the hotel, the breakfast and proximity to walking to the Predators game and to Broadway.

Not enough seating for breakfast and pool was closed for part of stay- we have 4 boys that needed to expend some energy.

It was beautiful and clean and the staff was great especially the kitchen staff for breakfast:)
