A/C wasn’t quite keeping up in our room.

I stay at this property often. The property is always pristine and the rooms are immaculate. The complimentary breakfast option includes omelets and pancakes made to order.Rooms have a full kitchen including a two burner stove, dishes and utensils.

They now charge $12 for parking although they're listing shows free parking. When I called it to their attention I was told that the website had not been updated and they did waive the fee.

The room layout was perfect for our family. The made to order pancakes and eggs were a great start for our morning.

Staff was unorganized. My key card was disabled twice.

I was amazed at how clean everything was. This is an excellent hotel and would stay there again and again. Very friendly staff, nice rooms. And the area is so convenient to anywhere you want to go.

The hotel was clean. We loved the rooms and the setup of the rooms. We especially appreciated the clean and healthy snacks in the lobby!

Room was clean and spacious, whole facility was very modern, staff was efficient and polite. Definitely would stay here again.

The thermostat appears to be set to revert to diff temp that you set it at if there is no motion in the room. So at night, the room was getting warmer (78 degrees) versus the 72 degrees we set it for.

All the employees tried best to force us to use cell phone or other technical user interfaces that are not familiar to me. I am 68 years old and a simple answer would be much easier than referring me to a screen I have never seen. I was interrupting them

Excellent location for easy access to the interstate. The room was very clean and up-to-date. The stay was great.

It would have been nice to have a bit more parking options in the front area.

Very nice hotel with modern trendy decor. Breakfast was good Location after a long airport travel day was the best part.

Got in the shower and there was mildew in tile grout lines and no shower gel in pump bottle on the wall I also found the last guests used soap on shower gel pump stand. Gross!!

Centrally located to all our planned destinations. Very clean. Nice spacious room.

Local air traffic made it a bit noisy in the mornings.

The only complaints I have is there are luggage carriers of any sort at this hotel and if you are on a shopping trip, this may not be the best option as you have to carry everything up yourself. Also, breakfast only consists of cereal, muffins & bagels.

Great clean room with kitchenette!

We wanted to stay another night at the same price as the first night but the element staff would not do it.

Do not stay here for the breakfast

location was good, not far from airport. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, like the fresh cooked to order pancakes\eggs.

The bead sheets were stained. The room was not the cleanest. The carpets in the elevators were stained. Just made the hotel feel dirty

The hotel is super clean and stylish. I enjoyed the bed and pillows it was like dreaming on a cloud. Also, they have a complimentary beer and wine (Mon - Thu) from 5 to 6.30 it was a nice surprise.

The breakfast could be a little bit more varied, and it will be nice to get slippers and a robe in the room.
