- Sliding barn door on bathroom was difficult to open and does not provide enough privacy. Breakfast was OK, but very limited options. Power and hot water was out for 24 hours during my stay. Onsite generator only powered lobby and hallways.
- The extra charges at the end. I should of followed the reviews that suggested this by other people staying here too. The valet parking is mandatory and they charge more than the sign says. $46 on the sign, but check out was $70 a day

The bar was excellent. The bartender was very attentive and made the best Long Island Tea I have ever had!! He was a great conversationist and recommended things for us to see while we were in Nashville.

The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. When we had questions about anything, the staff was always able to answer. The room was wonderful as well as the view. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at the time that we were there.

They charged my card the full price, including parking, twice.....once immediately upon check in, and again the next morning when I checked out. It took 24 hrs for them to remove one of the charge.

Very nice, new hotel with a great restaurant and coffee shop. Room was very clean and well appointed and the complimentary coffee and sandwich from the coffee shop was excellent.

No issues with the property itself except I booked on Booking.com paid in full on Booking.com got to the hotel put my card on file and they charge me for my whole day again I was charged two times and I am on day six since checking in and I still have not received my money back
Location and comfortable clean facility
When booking did not realize they did not have their own parking but there is a valet service which was nice.
The room and facilities were clean. The breakfast was well presented and always enough with healthy options.
The downstairs coffee shop staff is not friendly and the food dissapointing. During the colder December time we were told at 1pm they can not make anything which needs to be warm.
Everything it was clean and staff was very nice. Breakfast was great food was hot. Love the top note bar!

Breakfast was included it had a roof top bar restaurant and it wasn’t to far from the attractions. Also gave us free tickets to a museum.
The work going on across the street, but it wasn’t too bad
