The pool was nice

The hotel is dingy, dirty, and needs updating. My room had stains all over the carpet. There was rust in the bathroom and the toilet seat was chipped.

Proximity to airport, and shuttle service. Nice hotel! Nice breakfast and good coffee.

Clean, good breakfast.

The hotel had high pet fee, $100 for my small 10 pound cat. The staffs were not friendly specially the day shift manager/front desk officer.

Everything! Staff was amazingly kind. Ms Peggy?s breakfast and weekend breakfast was great! Rooms were so much more than I expected! We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

We couldn't get a late check out. we didn't check in until after 12 am sat.

Simplicity and the staff. Hotel employee was especially wonderful.

The breakfast was sad. We went to a restaurant. A roach traveling across the floor in the lobby. The area was unkept. No one was keeping things wiped down and trash picked up. I realize this was due to the guests not caring, but it should be noted.

Housekeeper opened drawers, left them open. There was a sign on door not to enter. She came in could have brought clean towels, toilet paper

The breakfast was very good, the king bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and clean.

The shower curtain was horrible! Almost fell a few times from getting tangled in it. And the television was too small for the size room, and should be able to cast from personal devices.

Pool was closed which was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. One ice machine in that hotel and its on the first floor. Carpet was very very dirty in the room and it hasn't been vacuumed in a while you could tell. There was bugs in the microwave.

The breakfast

Fridge didnt work, no one ever cleaned out room the 4 days we stayed, had to ask for trash bags and clean towels. There was used eyelashes in the bathroom.

The breakfast was great and the staff providing breakfast was very nice and helpful.

A larger area outside for the doggies would be great, but no complaints.

It was located far enough from the city, yet well within driving distance. We were also very pleased with the breakfast offering and selections. The staff was also very attentive.

We initially had an issue with the bathroom door latch being broken and caused some minor concerns when 2 of my family members each separately got locked in. The staff was quick to have maintenance replace it within the next day and all was well.

I loved the location, the style and space of the room with the kitchen attached. The breakfast was very good everyday. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The pool was not heated enough. The water was a little cool.

Location, and friendliness of the staff

There was no room service from housekeeping from Friday thru Sunday. It was requested on Friday evening. I was told to call back on Saturday morning. That was the responsibility of the front desk, not the guest.

The room is spacious and clean. The location is close to the airport, yet it is only a 20-minute drive into downtown Nashville or to the Grand Ole Opry. The staff is excellent and courteous.

The sofa bed is a bit soft, but then it is a sofa bed.
