Studio 154 Hotel

The location was excellent, within walking distance of Broadway where all the honky tonk bars are located.

No pool and no fitness room.

The location is amazing! Next to lots of bars, restaurants and the nightlife.

It was not easy to get into because I was never sent an email or text with a code to get into the hotel. I sat outside for 20 minutes trying to contact a live person to get into the hotel. There was a lot of construction going on at 6 am on Friday.

The location of the hotel was amazing. Around the corner from all the nightlife, but far enough away to not hear any of the noise from it. Also, being on the river added charm and the balcony was fun! We also loved how large the room was.

Lack of any interaction with staff was strange and the checkin process was terrible. We didn?t know how to get in or where to park and no one to talk to about it since there was no staff working. Finally got ahold of someone over text.

You can tell that the craftsman that did the job was rushed. The work was shoddy in places not what you would expect for that price point.

The location was great if you want to experience downtown Nashville! It was also a quiet hotel!

Not Senior friendly! No front lobby, check in all digital and u download 2 diff apps for it. Parking is digital and another app. 3’x3’ coded entry door to elevator that a scooter barely fits in. Key access to the room is digital and u download an additional app. Lots of snacks and beverages in the room but only 2 bottles of water are complimentary. At 3 am noise above us started and was what sounded like someone jump roping and also moving furniture around. Still hearing it at 8 am when we checked out.

The location was perfect! It was easily accessible to Broadway! Loved the aesthetics of our room. The balcony room had a great view of the river and the stadium. We appreciated having a Starbucks machine on our floor! Would highly recommend this hotel!

It is the perfect location when visiting downtown Nashville. Located above Coyote Ugly, you are in perfect walking distance to everything downtown. The facility is very clean, comfortable, and all of the staff are super friendly. It is our go to place while visiting the area!

The beds are a little harder than I prefer but that's not going to stop me from going

Location is prime for everything downtown Nashville. Teh room was spacious and it was well complimented for a few night stay. Beds were comfortable and was clean.

There were a few small maintenance items that probably should have been cared for or more regularly to make it top notch. There was a ceiling tile that needed t be replaced in the unit we stayed in that was unsightly. The room we stayed in also had very thin doors, you could hear the people talking next door as if it were in your own room. This is highly unpleasant.

Location, good vibe, safe, lovely decor, great staff , and easy access to community coffee and microwave.

Needs more soundproofing. Lots of outdoor noise. Guests next to us and above us were loud. Stomping, could hear their conversations. One of the hotel rules is “quiet time” from 10 pm-7 am. Neighboring Drunk annoying guests didn’t follow rules even after being asked to quiet down by management.

Great location

Heater blew luke-warm air and it was very noisy. Room temperature did not get above 60 degrees for most of the night. It was an extremely cold night though, coldest so far this winter.

Great location in downtown Nashville close to all the action. Parking convenient right across the street. Staff member very helpful when we were having a problem with our digital key.

Only one chair to sit on, no windows and air handling system very noisy all night.

The location was great, we were able to walk to a lot of the places we wanted to go. Hotel was decent, I don't know that I'd call it Luxury. The Skydeck was nice.

My BIGGEST issue is that the website talks about the Skydeck and how you can see the fireworks--one of the reasons we picked this location. THEN, we aren't told until AFTER we pay for the hotel that, Oh by the way, if you want to watch the Fireworks it's going to cost you $75 per adult. I feel like that should have been disclosed upfront, not after we paid for the reservations. Also, the Skydeck is only open until 10pm which was very disappointing and not mentioned until after the fact. The walls are NOT sound proof. The people beside us had 2 kids and all they did was holler and scream until midnight then right back at it by 6:30am. They were also playing music and we could hear it like it was in our room. It was very annoying.
