Size of room, comfortable beds, cleanliness, and location to everything on Broadway.

Wonderful front desk employees. Friendly and courteous. Clean, quick elevators. Parking on site and in/out privileges.

I wish breakfast would be available later on weekdays. We’re on vacation, laying out late in bars until 2:00 am. I can’t wake the dead and eat by 9:30 am.

It was very clean and the food was fantastic! I loved all the extra little touches, from a water bottle offered when we checked in to snacks & coffee available at not extra charge. Very fun vibe

Breakfast buffet was the best I?ve seen in a long time, lots of choices. Create your own egg sandwich, fruit salad, pancakes, waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, pastries and excellent coffee

$39 per night for parking but I will admit it was very easy and convenient. I guess not too bad for down town parking

Our room was not cleaned well before we checked in. There was stuff under the bed, the remote was missing, old coffee spilled on the counter and then my husband tried to take a shower and the drain was immediately stopped up and shower didn?t work at all

Even though it was very busy because it was a holiday weekend, everything was great! Staff kept everything clean and well stocked for breakfast. Rooms were serviced every day. No long wait times for the elevator. Popcorn & water were provided at arrival.

Convenient parking, lots of plug-ins and lights - just a very well thought out and functional room. Mattress was great.

Breakfast was just ok. Eggs were very granular, and I would have preferred pre-maid oatmeal.

The bathroom felt a little tight. Plus, the hotel could have added another set of elevators to their design.

Parking was expensive

The staff was great, very pleasant. The gym was nice to have such a wide array of dumbbells and a box, as well as bottles of water. The location was nice because everything was a short walk, it wasn't too far away.

One of the mornings the gym door was locked and no staff could open it, it was broken. It was fixed the next morning, but I was leaving. It wasn't the staff's fault and they tried to fix it. Other than that, great experience will definitely stay again.

Easy access to Broadway, Ascend Amphitheatre, and more! Also, their complimentary breakfast spread offers a great mix of hot and cold, fresh and instant items, thank you.

I which parking was a little cheaper. But, I get it. We are in downtown.

Complimentary Breakfast was nice. Staff was nice and helpful. It was Lenroys bday!!! Liked the stocked cooler of adult beverages in the lobby. on site secure parking

Not enough towels put in room. Small pool and not a view at all. Did not like how parking was not included in room charge so I had to pay extra for that even though I am a Hilton Honors member.
